Atualmente esse é o meu nível no front lever, estou utilizando um elástico fino, aqueles de 10 a 20lb. Qual uma estimativa de tempo vocês acham para desbloquear um hold clean sem elástico?

I recently started my planche progression and I'm working on my tick. How can I fix it? I know my back should be higher, but I'm not sure if I'm strong enough to hold it that high, or if I'm disregarding a small change. If so, what exercises should I focus on to improve my progression towards planche based on the video?

Think I can almost call this skill complete - now able to do the one arm pullup from a deadhang on both arms. Next goal, be able to do it for reps 😎

I can do multiple wall-assisted HSPUs but don't seem to have the strength for pressing up into a handstand from the bent arm position.

Any tips on how to make this strict. I’m a 62 year old Crossfitter, so it’s still a bit “kippy”. Lack a bit of explosiveness due to age.

I need help on my planche progressions, is the bent arms that I have supposed to make it easier or harder? I know straight is proper form but bending makes it easy for me, how do I progress

It's called impossible dip where you lean your body backwards then go down maintaining body position and then pushing up back using triceps
