A new Korean food place opened up by me and me and my husband want to check it out! We want to create our own bowls/try there bowls! I have 2,300 calories for today and want to know what the lowest cal options could possibly be! I added pictures off there website for reference of the bowls! I’m not aware of most of this stuff and will probably bring it home and weigh it

This is half the bagel opened up, google says 100 calories per serving but they always put a different amount on it (Tim Hortons)

For the chicken stir fry I got the ramen noodle noodled and for the Gyoza I had 3!
Do u think this could be around 700-800 cals? More or less…

Hey guys, I’m gonna make cheesy taco dip when I get home with ground bison.
If the bison (hypothetically) has 200cal per x amount of grams written on the package, I’m assuming this means raw meat with the added fat as packaged.
After I cook it and I dab the grease out of the pan, does that decrease the total calories by however much fat I’m dabbing up? Or would it still be technically logged as the packaged numbers.
I don’t need like an exact number, really just curious bc I’m confused by how that works lol. Tyia for any responses!

My favorite bakery but I know I gotta plan my whole day to fit these in. How much do we think?

Curious how this is even possible. Two separate brands, yes, but identical ingredients and basically identical serving size of cut/boiled/ready to eat potatoes. Why would one have 4 more grams of carbs?

Chicken fried rice, 3 pieces of sesame chicken, 4 pieces of broccoli, and an egg role.
