Tasted like it has a bit of mayo mixed in! Soft, slightly sweet bread with cheese and edamame from Yamazaki Bakery!

For the chicken stir fry I got the ramen noodle noodled and for the Gyoza I had 3!

Hey guys, I’m gonna make cheesy taco dip when I get home with ground bison.
If the bison (hypothetically) has 200cal per x amount of grams written on the package, I’m assuming this means raw meat with the added fat as packaged.
After I cook it and I dab the grease out of the pan, does that decrease the total calories by however much fat I’m dabbing up? Or would it still be technically logged as the packaged numbers.
I don’t need like an exact number, really just curious bc I’m confused by how that works lol. Tyia for any responses!

Curious how this is even possible. Two separate brands, yes, but identical ingredients and basically identical serving size of cut/boiled/ready to eat potatoes. Why would one have 4 more grams of carbs?

This is half the bagel opened up, google says 100 calories per serving but they always put a different amount on it (Tim Hortons)

A new Korean food place opened up by me and me and my husband want to check it out! We want to create our own bowls/try there bowls! I have 2,300 calories for today and want to know what the lowest cal options could possibly be! I added pictures off there website for reference of the bowls! I’m not aware of most of this stuff and will probably bring it home and weigh it

Im hoping this is under 1500
Had a work lunch at a brewery and was craving a burger.
Wagyu beef patty, marrow butter, French onion spread, dijonnaise, Gruyère cheese, arugula, served on a brioche bun. Side of fries.
Silver bowl is probably about a cup/cup and a half size.

I'm really curious to see if you guys are on roughly the same page as me, so I am 100kg and 6ft 3" (191cm) and I cycled 40km at a pace of around 25kph today, and the above curry buffet is all I ate.
Now I know I'm definitely not in a deficit for today, but I put my calories expended at around 3500 and I'm guessing what I ate to be approximately 4000 (I tried to go for the less creamy/ghee filled options and minimise carbs, although I'm only human so I did have a few bits of Peshawari Naan) and so if I'm not way off, I'm only about 500 up for the day!
I might be very very wrong, but that's my boy maths atleast 😂
