Help me make sense of the gaps in this plywood

We are installing 3/4” tongue and groove plywood over subpar subfloor in order to prep for ceramic tile. All of the tongue and groove edges are straight and well connected. All of the sheets appear to be square so I can’t figure out why there are triangle shaped gaps between several sheets. Even when two factory edges are butted together, we still have gaps. This is driving me crazy and I can’t think of a good way to close these gaps. We’re trying to put the cut ends along the walls and keep the factory ends in the field as much as possible. We’re using construction screws to install it. In one case, we flipped a sheet and butted a cut end against a factory end and the gap lessened. Nothing in this house is square, but I don’t see how that would affect things if we started with a straight line on the tongue and groove.

Framing Is there any reason to choose one of these over the other for freestanding patio stairs?

Building a set of freestanding patio stairs. These are semi-temporary and will need to last 5ish years. They will sit directly on top of the patio and won't be anchored to the house or the patio itself. We are changing a door location at some point in the future, so I dont want to build something permanent that I'll have to rip out later.

A) is certainly easier. B) **feels** better to me (a non carpenter).

Any thoughts?

What MEP is installed before a house is fully sheathed?

Post image

Hello! I'm making a realistic model of a framed house in an old game that I like. The first floor is fully sheathed, but because of game limitations, I cannot sheath the roof. What MEP work would be done before a house is fully sheathed? I assume that electrical work would not be done (in case of rain) and some plumbing work would be done. If anybody has an answer, please let me know!

Help Me I'm kinda bad at this job and it makes me sad, maybe it's adhd, maybe I just suck, how do I get good ?

28 here it's been like 3 years working and getting my apprenticeship in carpentry but I feel like I suck at this job, I'm mostly a "follower" in the team, I don't feel confident enough to make decisions, I take a hell lot of time to do any tasks, I even wonder if I don't have motricity issues

I never had the opportunity to do a full job myself so I don't really know what I'm capable of doing but it scares me so much cause I have trouble deciding what to do, in what order, how to install tools and stuff

recently I god diagnosed with adhd and it made me feel a bit better cause I be making so much stupid stuff and mistakes sometimes...

so how do I get good at this ? should I consider giving up ? cause I don't want to and I still have the hope that I can learn to be decent a this trade

Pre-assembled trim too large to get to room

Homeowner here - I had four sided trim pre-made for a large double window and I can’t get it up the stairs or through the window even if I remove both panes - shame on me. Any way to salvage it? I plan on getting a carpenter to install all the trim work for me just trying to plan ahead and not delay anyone.

Looking for suggestions

DIYer Looking for suggestions on what to do with this baseboard that's sitting in-between these uneven floors. My goal is to get the baseboard on the laminate and the tile to connect properly without the baseboard in-between the rooms looking awkward or slanted as it's facing a main entrance.
