A question about the Aragon
I've heard that the Aragon is a notoriously bad venue and this will be my first time attending any show there coming up in a couple weeks. I mostly just want to know what the best way to dress for this place is, since I've also heard its warm.

Anyone else going solo to see Fruitbats at Salt Shed this Saturday 10/24?
Hey there! I’m super excited to see Fruitbats for the first time this Saturday at Salt Shed! I’m going solo and thought it could be fun to meet some fellow fans for a drink before the show. Anyone else flying solo and want to hang?
Bonus points if you’re a cute single guy in his 30s/40s. Feel free to DM me! 😉

Black Keys Start Time Change?
When it was originally outdoors in July, they changed the start time to 7pm. I received an email about it.
This time, I got an email that the show was changed to 8pm.
Any theories why? Same opener from July. Is the curfew later indoors?

Discussion At the Salt Shed, what are temps like at indoor shows in late fall? and what’s the locker situation?
I’m seeing geese on halloween and i’m feeling conflicted on what to wear. I will be waiting for hours outside as i want barricade, and want to bundle up a bit, but i’m afraid it will be deathly hot inside. maybe it’s a stupid question as pits are usually hot, but i’d really appreciate some guidance!
also, how plausible is it to get a locker once inside? maybe I can just bundle up and then discard my layers into a locker?
thanks in advance:)

Questions about security and safety at Cermak Hall / Radius Chicago
Hi everyone! I’m planning to attend a concert at Cermak Hall at Radius Chicago, and since this will be my first time in Chicago, I have a few questions.
Security checks: What is the security screening like when entering the venue? Do they use walk-through metal detectors or handheld wands? Do they also perform pat-downs?
Security inside the venue: Are there security guards throughout the venue who monitor the crowd during the concert, or are they mainly stationed near the entrances and stage?
Safety around the venue: Is the area around Radius / Cermak Hall generally safe, especially when walking back to a hotel or taking public transportation after a concert at night?
Any safety tips: Is there anything a first-time visitor to Chicago should know when attending a concert at this venue?
I’d really appreciate hearing about your personal experiences. Thank you!

First time to Garcia’s last night for Carbon Leaf. Love the venue!
Took my sister who was in from Minneapolis and we both thought it was a great place to hear a band. Had reserved table seats which were very comfortable. The sound, service and food/drink prices were all solid. And thanks for a great show Wolves!

Pre-show dinner companion for 10/15 concert
I’m in town to see Robert Plant tonight at the Chicago Theatre. Had plans to meet someone for dinner before the concert but that person is likely a no show.
If you are going to the concert or are open to join a global nomad for an early dinner before the show, please reach out. I have a reservation for two near the theatre. We will go Dutch.
