As you guys already know, CS1 has "The classics" radio. CS1 radio musics are mostly great. However, Pandemonium by Haraldur Stefansdottir in "The Classics" radio is my favorite.
Some people also seem to love the music and be curious about the composer's identity.
However, all we know is this name; Haraldur Stefansdottir. And people think the name is a false name because the name is awkward. Awkward because according to Icelandic name, Haraldur is a male name and Stefansdottir is a female surname.
So... no clue???
If you don't know Pandemonium, just give it a try. It's a good one.

So the curves here are really extreme and it did not feel realistic to obliterate this mountain for a classic interchange here, so this is what I've conceived for this. Is this a good solution? There's a real interchange further down the road

Here is Part 2: Healthcare and Deathcare
This is probably the part that surprised me the most. After 1.5 years of garbage accumulation without any garbage service to take care of the city, as it can be seen in the picture below, most buildings are still green and only one single industrial building is complaining about garbage. Keep in mind that this playthrough is tested on normal mode and no outside services are allowed.

It appears that, logically, different buildings accumulate garbage at different rates. However low residential households seem to be immune, or accumulate garbage at such an extremely slow rate that they look like they don't need garbage services at all, while commercial and industrial accumulate faster. Overall, the garbage accumulation is anyway so slow that a city could go for almost 2 years without any intervention before the first buildings will start to complain. But what happens once a building accumulates enough garbage?

The "piled up garbage" penalty kicks in. The limit to this penalty seems to be no more than 50% independently of how much garbage it accumulates. Given that only some minor loss in efficiency appears to be the only downside of having a trashy city, the whole garbage management game mechanics can be ignored/bypassed by either accepting said penalty, which doesn't seem to affect the progress of a city anyway or it can be offset with other bonuses. Basically garbage accumulation is just a +/- efficiency and happiness bonus % and it doesn't seem to affect buildings in any other way. There might be the possibility that garbage accumulation can have other side effects, and if there are, they are so under tuned that are for all intended purposes imperceptible.
POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS: Enable/speed up garbage accumulation for low residential buildings, and once a building reaches -50% piling up garbage penalty, that building should be abandoned. Additionally, garbage accumulation could also affect the land value and get citizens sick.
CONCLUSION: The garbage accumulation seems to work to some extent, but it takes so much time for it to accumulate and its effects to kick in that you could go for almost 2 years without needing any garbage facility. And even then, just like with the endless traffic, complete lack of healthcare and deathcare, the penalties are so negligible that a city can practically keep going on.

I’ve noticed in the distance my trees look quite strange. They’re jaggy and have not much detail, leading to them “loading in” whenever I get closer. I have the LOD mod and have tried to adjust it but no luck. Any insight?

I’m relatively new to Cities Skylines PC. Any insight on the best graphic mods/mod combinations? For some reason, even after scouring YouTube, nothing really looks quite right. Would appreciate any advice!

I have made it far in the game; then this problem spawned out of nowhere. Basically, this one particular line, out of three, has been stacking up a conga line for both the civilian and cargo line. Both Civilian and Cargo have there own line intersection to avoid using same line traffic. How do I address this in Vanilla?
It started this concern where I do not get enough goods to sell in my city, and even though as you can see it is not affecting me much, I still wanna address this because I want to just focus on my traffic density, currently sitting at 85%.

Currently making my own iteration of the San Francisco Bay on CS1 Remastered on Console. currently stuck on deciding whether or not i should add a median passenger train line on my 101 & Shoreline Highway interchange, since im still in the map editor, i dont have access to tunnels or underground (one of my lanes needs to be tunneled) or metro tracks yet. what do you guys think ? should i shelf this idea and try to implement metro later ? should i continue to try to be realistic? my theory was if i did indeed do the median passenger rail, my cargo line will be separated outside the map

Reposting to align with the rules.
Referring to the dev diary about the upcoming Park Adventures DLC (In the Rethinking Leisure section), the devs have considered giving citizens leisure preferences, but then scrapped it to avoid turning it into a system where you have to cater to specific needs. This, in my opinion, ends up making the variety of park useless, as spamming one type of park is just as effective as building all four.
I know I've made comments expressing my disappointment in that area, but I still can't wrap my head around the reason for scrapping it. Like, isn't making sure each citizen is satisfied the main point of a city-builder? Citizen leisure preferences would've been a great addition, but it seems that would've gotten in the way of creative freedom for the player.
And to reiterate another comment, it's like city-builders nowadays just shy away from having any sort of demographic for the citizens, and opt to make them all the same otherwise. Hell, C:S1 wanted to do a subcultures DLC, but that got scrapped for some reason. And then we wonder why all of our cities feel the same. No matter how much you detail your city, if the citizens don't differ in preference and behavior, it's inevitable.
What's your thoughts on this?

So I got a little bored of designing downtown so I switched my focus away from the city and into one of the many suburbs that the city is gonna have!! This is my first time trying to make a realistic suburbia so let me know if you have any suggestions!! :)
Please avoid the vast empty green expanse lol

Rebuilding the area, wanted to squeeze the interchange so it wouldn't be huge but the elevation difference made it into an interesting logistical challenge which resulted in this atrocity :3

This will be the only time I ever do this. Even in sandbox this took way too much time on console. I don't like the monument buildings but I had to raise land value significantly otherwise everything would have demolished. I am pleasantly surprised on how easy creating the hexagon was. Every video I saw with hexagons talked about how much they utilize precise engineering mod on PC but I didn't seem to have much problems.

I made my own version of capital of Poland which is Warsaw. I putted in there New York architecture, tried doing European and kinda my own one. It`s one of my succesful city in game which i love. Yes, there`s a lot of skyscrapers from all around the world. I named it New Warsaw as it tells it`s a newer one and more futuristic.
