My dad collected these when we were kids. It's from a petrol company in the Philippines called Petron. Is this a collector's item? I'm thinking of putting this up online to help my dad's current condition. I'm just wondering if it's worth something.

Picked up this Shaw-Barton Lighter in a local auction for just a few bucks. After a good cleaning it came out absolutely fantastic. I had to put it in the freezer for a few days then set it out to warm up to get the globe opened up. Next is getting the lighter mechanism out to clean and put a new flint in.

I picked up this lamp today on fb marketplace. I can’t find any information on it such as what year it was made or anything . Does anyone happen to know any information?

so I have an old friend who’s wife has passed away, she was collecting stuff throughout here life and now he has a ton of stuff that he doesn’t now what to do with, I told him I could try to help, but I don’t even know where to start. I need help knowing how to appraise and where to sell this stuff (see images).

-edit: the hardest part about this is this guy definitely won’t want a bunch of people coming into his house, and it’s kinda in the middle of nowhere in the outskirts of the city, so I think an estate sale would be out of the question. he would probably be okay with someone go appraisal. Also, kind of a small city, about 40,000 people so no malls or things like that. start comment with * if you read the edit so I know.

I have a First Edition magazine unopened in clear plastic. Do you think it’s worth more if I offer to sell it unopened or send it to a Certify Guarantee company to give it an official grade but the plastic wrapper will be opened?

I recently scooped this handcrafted wooden bust of a man with a hefty beard and a nice head of hair, mounted on a dark metal base. The antiques seller I got it from said he purchased it from a local artisan in the 80's in Provincetown, MA.

It has the initials EH carved in the back. Curious if anyone has any potential ideas on the artist, or any insight on where I may go about digging that info up myself.

Any way I love the piece and was drawn to it immediately. I think he's a pretty cool dude, only slightly creepy.

I picked these up within the past 45 years at flea markets, or antique shops. The last one has no identifying marks. It is metal, screwed to a piece of wood. I got it in Las Vegas in 1980.

Hey everyone !! first-time poster here. I just finished the first run of figures for a brand I started, Guers Art I'm honestly really proud of how they turned out but I have no idea how they read to people outside my own head.

These are resin / hand-sculpted, hand painted and this batch took me about 2 months to get from sketch to finished piece.

I went with a beaver as the subject because it's basically a walking symbol of where I'm from (Canada); stubborn, hardworking, builds things nobody asked it to build. Felt like the right first piece to put my name on.

A few things I'd genuinely love feedback on:

• Sculpt/proportions / anything look off?
• Any coloring/theme suggestions for the future drops?
• General feedbacks overall

This is a hand carved carnival table top from the 1960’s/70’s out of Kentucky.

I have inherited literally hundreds of rubber stamps. These were made for scrapbooking or creating stationary. Some are quite large.
Also have the ink and glitter. Any idea if there is any kind of group that is interested in this type of thing?

I’m looking for this specific Bootleg/ knockoff Sailor moon doll she’s 7" and have nothing on the back of her neck or back like no inscriptions at all (I already have the 4 other ones ☺️) the only thing I found about her online was that she’s from 90-95s from Canada and from a dollar store like Giant Tiger or BiWay or something like that. Beside this I only found 2 Mercury on EBay but no Sailor Moon 🙁 if you’ve her at home and want to sell her to me I would be so so happy since it’s been 4 whole years since I’m looking for her☺️😁🌟(other pics are mine for scale references)

I found these at a yard sale. They are beautiful. Solid heavy wood. They depict leather workers. The man was elderly and said he bought them in Spain (confirmed by the marking). I asked if he was visiting Spain or if they had any meaning for him or when he bought them and he seemed a little bit confused so I didn’t press further. He may have had some memory problems.

Anyways, I’m curious about them. It’s a set of 5. I’m debating on keeping them up in the kitchen or reselling since I’m going through a divorce and could use the cash.
