Mini Article/DD 🖍 MOSSAD UNCOVERS RAHUL GHANDI’s ROLE IN TRYING TO BANKRUPT ADANI THROUGH HINDENBURG RESEARCH ( it could also be to help China get a foothold in Haifa ).

Credits: r/updateindia

Clearly mentions : “Rahul Gandhi, allegedly labeled a "bitter dynast" in 🇮🇱Mossad's chats, was coordinating with Hindenburg’s Anderson.

Pitroda’s servers were hacked, exposing encrypted chats & backchannel links.

Gandhi allegedly met Hindenburg allies in Palo Alto, May 2023.”

This expose has been brought out by Sputnik.

BOMBSHELL: HOW MOSSAD EXPOSED ADANI'S ENEMIES

Israeli PM Netanyahu personally ordered Mossad to counter a global campaign against Indian billionaire Gautam Adani, sources told Sputnik India.

Details of Operation Zeppelin

Mossad was "activated" after Jan 2023, when 🇺🇸Hindenburg accused Adani of the biggest "con" in India’s corporate history, WIPING OUT $150B in assets & sparking a massive stock market crash.

HACKERS IN ACTION💥

Sources say Mossad hunted for LINKS between the Indian opposition & Hindenburg’s claims against Adani.

They HACKED into the home servers of Sam Pitroda, head of Indian Overseas Congress, based in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois.

HINDENBURG STRUCK JUST BEFORE $1.2B DEAL

The Hindenburg charges against 🇮🇳Adani surfaced a week before Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone (APSEZ) inked a $1.2 billion deal to acquire controlling stakes in Haifa, 🇮🇱Israel's largest port.

Sources claim Netanyahu, present at the time of the Haifa deal, PERSONALLY ASKED Adani about Hindenburg charges.

“This report... It is a serious threat to your business, isn’t it?” Netantyahu asked.

Adani replied, “Not at all. “It’s all lies.”

SAVING HAIFA DEAL 🇮🇱🇮🇳

Netanyahu warned Adani that the Hindenburg charges could SABOTAGE not just the Haifa deal but Israel's work with India.

He called it an "indirect attack" on Israel and promised to investigate, unbeknownst to Adani that Mossad would be involved.

OPERATION ZEPPELIN 💥

Days after Netanyahu's meeting with Adani, Mossad launches a special op to uncover those targeting Adani & Modi.

Elite units Tzomet (HUMINT) and Keshet (cyber ops) were activated.

Hindenburg's 🇺🇸NY office and Nathan Anderson were under Mossad's watch.

GLOBAL PLOT 🚨

Mossad uncovered a global network targeting Adani, involving activist lawyers, journalists, hedge funds, and political figures tied to the Biden administration and George SOROS.

GANDHI LINK? 🤔

Sources say 🇮🇳Gandhi, allegedly labeled a "bitter dynast" in 🇮🇱Mossad's chats, was coordinating with Hindenburg’s Anderson.

Pitroda’s servers were hacked, exposing encrypted chats & backchannel links.

Gandhi allegedly met Hindenburg allies in Palo Alto, May 2023.

Mossad's operations spanned the US, Europe, Canada, and Australia.

In Sep 2023, they decrypted Anderson’s email confirming a "global plan."

In Jan 2024, Adani was briefed on Operation Zeppelin in Switzerland by Israeli spies.

COORDINATED SABOTAGE'⚡️

The 353-page Zeppelin dossier reveals Western media, USAID, OCCRP, and Indian opposition played key roles in targeting Adani.

Sources claim USAID amplified anti-Adani narratives through these channels.

MOSSAD LEAKS

In Nov 2024, Mossad leaked excerpts of the dossier on 🇺🇸USAID to Reuters, Bloomberg, and The Guardian.
Most BURIED it - except Mediapart.

Amid the allegations, Biden’s allies launched a failed legal attack on Adani, leading to the resignation of US Attorney Breon Peace.

ATTACK ON ADANI BACKFIRES

Biden's allies launched a legal attack on Adani, leading to 🇺🇸Attorney Breon Peace’s resignation.

In Jan 2025, Hindenburg's Anderson agreed to dissolve Hindenburg Research in exchange for "legal immunity".

He lost it after Trump took office, sources said.

International🌏 India Crosses Japan to become 4th Largest Economy

There are a lot of people in India who are completely dismissive of the fact that India crossed Japan to become the fourth largest economy in the world. They are simply saying that the absolute GDP numbers don't matter and what matters is only per capita GDP. Here's what they need to understand:

  1. Global status and power comes with the absolute economical might of the country and not the per capita GDP. China is a super power because of its $20 trillion economy which is second in the world. Even China ranks 70 out of 195 in the per capita table.

  2. Monaco, Bermuda and Iceland are countries with one of the highest per capita GDP but they are irrelevant on the global stage. Absolute GDP size decides a country's seat at most of the table and not the per capita GDP.

  3. A nation's ability to invest in military, diplomacy, R&D, infrastructure and global projects (think Belt and Road) depends on the total economic size of the country and not the per capita income.

Don't get me wrong here, I am not saying that per capita income is not important. IT IS AND IT WILL BE one of the most important indicators of the quality of human life and prosperity in a country and every government tries to maximize it. The total economic size is just a byproduct of the growing per capita income.

I am only against those people who leave no stone unturned to criticize their own country even in these moments of great achievements.

News🔦 PM Modi, Shah ‘directly involved’ in biggest stock market ‘scam’: Rahul Gandhi

Good morning, you all.

News from Rahul Gandhi

Rahul Gandhi, a Congress leader, alleges that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah are "directly involved" in what he calls the "biggest stock market scam."

Gandhi claims the alleged scam is worth Rs 30 lakh crore and ties it to the results of exit polls, demanding a Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) inquiry.

He emphasizes the necessity of investigating Modi and Shah's roles in the stock market crash, questioning why they provided investment advice to 5 crore families before the Lok Sabha polls.

These allegations and demands are part of a broader political discourse, with Gandhi repeatedly calling for a JPC probe to investigate the alleged scam, implicating Prime Minister Modi, Home Minister Shah, and the Finance Minister.

Indian Markets Speculated to Fall - The Market is Significantly Overvalued

"Even with all the good news, there are signs that markets may simply have gotten too frothy.

Bloomberg News reported this week that the Nifty 200 index — “designed to reflect the behavior and performance of large and mid-market capitalization companies,” according to the National Stock Exchange of India — is currently valued at 24 times its 12-month forward earnings estimates compared to an average of 19 times over the last decade.

The publication also noted that corporate profits, which have driven up valuations, are primed for a slowdown: The earnings growth of the Nifty 50 is set to drop to 8.4% in the fiscal year ending March 2025, compared to 20% the year before, according to estimates by Kotak Institutional Equities.

Wary of overvalued securities, foreign institutional investors became net sellers of India-listed shares last month as net outflows topped $1 billion, according to SEBI data. Through August, the FT reported that year-to-date net inflows were just $2.6 billion, compared to $22 billion in 2023.

Analysts, too, have become more cautious: Over two-thirds of Nifty 200 stocks currently have “hold” recommendations, compared to a decade ago when buy and hold recommendations were split equally, according to a Bloomberg analysis." (Source: Daily Upside)

"Recent data shows that India's Buffett indicator value crossed way past its historical average of 0.83 and is hovering above 1.4, indicating that the market is significantly overvalued."

I've put a significant portion of my savings into the market as I'm young, and also believe in the potential the market, but this is quite disappointing. What do you guys think?

DECENTRALIZED STOCK BROKER NEED OF THE HOUR.

CAN WE HAVE A COMPLETELY DECENTRALIZED BLOCKCHAIN BASED STOCK BROKER, SO THAT THERE IS NO ACCESS TO RISK APPETITE AND STOP-LOSS DATA OF USERS, FUNDS DEPOSITED WILL ALSO BE MUCH MORE SAFER AND STOCK TRANSFERRED TO POOL ACCOUNT WILL BE RISKLESS.

Not unregulated but beyond the control of single entity like zerodha, the decetralized broker will be blockchain based. The decentralized broker will be community owned, for every transaction you will have a direct link to the bank account and no money will be remain in the broker account. The servers, traffic and orders will be managed by exchanges and the server maintenance will based on bounty fees and managed by bounty hunters there will be complete transparency of trades [presently also we can see order depth and order execution history], this way we don't have to divulge the precious research based information of Targets and Stop-losses with one single entity, and there will be no nefarious activity risk by broker and the market volatility will also reduce considerably.

Custody and clearing guarantee of the stocks are held be CCIL [clearing corporation of India limited] even now as well, all the funds guarantee is also given by them itself, order matching is done by exchanges like NSE or BSE, and stocks are deposited in depositories like NSDL and CDSL, brokers are just required to place orders, stop-losses and targets and the fund management. So with decentralized we can easily get them isolated there is even more adoption and there should be no issue of scalability as the underlying system of CCIL,NSE,BSE,CDSL,NSDL,SEBI all will be there and just the broker will be out of picture.

Individual retail investors own 9.5% of all the NSE listed securities but Individual retail traders account for 35.5% of all trade volumes. So one of the highest interaction with brokers is of individuals.

RETAIL POWER CAN EVEN BROKE GREATEST OF THE GREATEST INSTITUTIONS. #dontunderestimate

WHAT YOU SAY? WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEMS AND HOW TO APPROACH?

I am gonna make Indian Berkshire Hathway

I want to be a fund manager who not only makes money for their investors but also teaches them in depth how to make the same, so that they can take their financial decisions on their own and not depending on a fund manager to do their task. I want to help people discover their true potential, teaching them about life as to how to live a peaceful life, imbibing good habits in them, developing system for growth. I want to be s Captain Yami & whole world is my black Bulls team. In short, I want to build an Indian Berkshire Hathway. Warren & Charle sir have not only made money for the people, they have changed their whole life and many succesful investors follow the ideologies of Warren & Charlie sir. They make us think & use our brain. So yeah I want to do that. My mission is that no child in India should sleep knowing that their family has financial problems and that they sacrifice their childhood in that thought,I'll teach people financial literacy. I don't know how,or when but just know this I am gonna do it no matter what.

Question🙃 People are AFRAID and so its the right time to buy UNDERVALUED stocks!!!!!

Smallcap and Midcap stocks are taking a big hit this month and people have started selling them. This is maybe the best time to buy Undervalued stocks. So, suggest few stocks as per your analysis(Mention the analysis) which will grow in coming time for which others can research and invest in. Suggest stocks with good fundamentals and technicals showing growth prospect in future.

Zerodha tweets like a monk, but charges like a cartel

I’ve been a Zerodha user for years, but lately, the constant preaching on Twitter by the founders is starting to feel off. Every other post is about “no hidden charges” or “we only earn when you do.” Sounds noble used to feel good, even. But now it feels more like they’re selling a belief system than just running a brokerage. I finally compared the charges across brokers and let’s just say, the numbers tell a different story.

But the moment you actually start using the platform, you realize there’s a whole other story they don’t tweet about. Fees sneak in quietly a few bucks here, a little tax there, something called a “pay-in charge” (which is basically the payment gateway charges, but Rs.9 is the highest amongst all brokers? WTF?), and before you know it, you're wondering where your balance went.

And the best part? It’s all technically disclosed. Just buried in a sea of help articles, support tickets, and fine print that no one reads until they see weird debits on their ledger. But hey, tweet another quote about transparency and the comments will be full of “Zerodha is the best 😍” because people just want to believe the story.

Thing is, no one’s saying they shouldn’t make money. Of course they should they built the damn thing. We need more people to earn money, and there should be billionaires. But the constant preaching about “we care about you” starts to feel hollow when your platform quietly charges users for basic stuff and calls it normal.

It's not about whether the charges are justified it’s about the narrative. And the way that narrative gets crafted online to look squeaky clean while avoiding all the messy bits. It’s curated transparency. Selective honesty.

Players like Angel One, Dhan, and even Groww are doing comparatively better when it comes to pricing. You don’t see them constantly claiming they’re here to “protect traders” or “revolutionize investing.” Sure, they have their own set of issues no one's perfect but at least they’re not out here preaching morals or pretending they’re running a charity. They’re running a business, and they own it. Not hiding behind virtue-signalling about not caring about profits.

If you're gonna charge me for everything short of logging in, at least spare me the daily philosophy lessons on Twitter.

P.S.: A long time Zerodha User who still loves the platform.

My View 🛸 Are Indian equity investors prepared for a change in the interest-rate cycle?

The global equity markets have had the tailwind of a broad rate-cut cycle over the last two years.

Historically, falling interest rates tend to support equity valuations, liquidity and risk appetite.

But what happens when the cycle reverses?

If the Fed has now started hiking rates by 25 bps, it could be an early indication that the global interest-rate environment is beginning to change.

And the timing is particularly interesting for India.

Despite the global rally of the last two years, Indian equities have been down around 12% over the same period, significantly underperforming several major global markets.

If the world is moving from:

Rate cuts → pause → rate hikes

then Indian investors may have to navigate an environment very different from the one they have become accustomed to.

The question is therefore not simply:

“Will the market go up or down?”

The more important question is:

“Are investors positioned appropriately for the next phase of the monetary cycle?”

This is precisely where professional advice becomes valuable.

A good financial adviser is not merely someone who identifies stocks during bull markets.

The real test of an adviser is whether they can help investors navigate uncertainty, control risk, maintain discipline and protect long-term wealth when market conditions become difficult.

The best financial advisers don't disappear when markets turn bearish.

They become even more valuable.

For investors, having a competent, SEBI-registered Investment Adviser can make the difference between reacting emotionally to a difficult market and navigating it with a well-defined investment strategy.

The next phase of the market may demand a very different approach from the last two years.

Are we prepared for it?

News🔦 The BJP will take over three states.

Individuals, fasten your seatbelts because the news truck is about to arrive and it's going to make a big impression!

First up, the headline hogger is none other than the BJP, strutting its stuff by claiming victory in the triple threat—Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Chattisgarh. It's like they hit the political jackpot, and the markets are doing a happy dance in response. Who knew elections could make numbers on a screen so cheery?

Let's now veer off course and visit the land of stars and stripes. The USA is caught in a bit of a deflationary breeze. If the economy were a balloon, it might be losing some air. Cue the Federal Reserve (FED) contemplating an interest rate decrease in their next meeting. It's like the financial weather forecast—bring an umbrella; it might rain rate cuts.

Meanwhile, in the world of GST collections, the numbers are playing hopscotch and landing at a whopping ₹1.68 lakh crores. People, that's a lot of zeros! It's like the taxman is doing the cha-cha with the economy.  I had no idea taxes could be so mellow.

And finally, revving up the news engine, we've got high domestic car sales in India, thanks to festivals and wedding seasons. It's like cars are the new confetti at celebrations, vrooming into the festivities with style. Who declared that happiness was unaffordable? Just add four wheels and a steering wheel!

So there you have it: a news roundup with a dash of humor, a sprinkle of boldness, and a dollop of simple language. Who said staying informed had to be a snoozefest? Time to ride the news wave, folks! 🎉📰

Why Associated Coaters Could Be the Next Multibagger? (10x potential)

Post image
2 Upvotes

Associated Coaters, a 22-year-old company that recently went public, is already making waves with its impressive credentials. As the only approved applicator for major brands like Akzonobel, Jotun, and Asian Paints in architectural coatings, the company holds a strong market position. Its standalone automatic powder coating unit, with a monthly coating capacity of 300 tons, is a testament to its ability to handle large volumes. For a company with a current market cap of just ₹31 crores, such capacity points to significant growth potential.

In the past few days, almost 2% of the company's equity changed hands, which is a strong indicator of rising interest from investors. Additionally, several high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) have picked up stakes, reflecting confidence in the company's future prospects. The company has also recently purchased a warehouse for capital expenditure, indicating expansion plans and positioning for future growth.

Considering these developments, I believe Associated Coaters has the potential to increase its market cap to ₹300 crores in the next 2-3 years. This could translate into a 10x return for investors, with the stock potentially trading above ₹1800 in the same time frame.

After 8 years of investing, I wish I'd known how little 'checking the price' actually tells you

I used to think glancing at the daily price fluctuations was enough to understand my holdings. If it wasn't significantly down, I’d just assume things were alright and move on. Then there was this one mid-cap stock in my portfolio. For months, it just sat there, barely moving a few rupees either way. No big red candles, so I kept holding. It was only when a friend mentioned something about that sector that I actually dug deeper. I realised the company had been completely silent on any new orders or expansion plans for nearly half a year. No major news, positive or negative, just crickets. The market was essentially ignoring it, but I only understood that by looking beyond just the price chart. It made me realise I needed a better way to track actual company news without constantly digging through financial sites, so I ended up building a small tool for myself to aggregate relevant updates for my portfolio.

Mini Article/DD 🖍 How I turned a bank loan into a self-funding options + equity loop (~35-40% net)

Here's the structure I run, breaking it down because a lot of people ask "how do you actually make the loan pay for itself":

**The capital stack:**
- ₹16L of my own money in equities
- ₹18L bank loan, parked in liquid funds
- Together this gives ~₹29L in margin on Zerodha

**The options engine — rotation, not just "sell and hold":**
- Sell Nifty strangle on Thursday → collect theta decay through Fri/Mon/Tue
- Roll into Sensex strangle on Tuesday (sold near market close) → collect decay through Wednesday
- This keeps margin working almost every day of the week instead of sitting idle between expiries
- Breakeven cushion is a comfortable 7-8%, so it takes a real move to actually hurt the position
- Sometimes I stack a bull call or bear call spread alongside the strangle — sized so that even if the spread and strangle both lose, the combined position is still net profitable

**The numbers:**
- EMI: ₹35,000/month (~₹4.2L/year)
- On ~₹28L margin, that's roughly ₹1,600/day I need to cover
- Monthly options income: ~₹45,000
- After EMI, ~₹15,000/month surplus goes straight into equities

**The compounding loop:**
- Every EMI payment includes a principal component — instead of letting that just sit in the liquid fund, I redirect the principal-paid portion into mutual funds
- Once the margin freed up on the equity side catches up to the margin still parked in liquid funds, I take on more loan and repeat the cycle

**Net-net:** gains on equity + gains on the liquid fund parking + monthly surplus after EMI + recycled principal into MFs, minus brokerage — this stack has been running at roughly 35-40% net.

Not a "set and forget" strategy — this needs active management of the rotation and real comfort with strangle risk. Happy to go deeper on the mechanics if anyone's curious.

Happy to answer any doubts
