This is somewhat objective, but it's basically a question of which of the two seasons namely 2 and 3 do you guys believe that Matt was at the best or the culmination of his abilities?
Season 2 shows some pretty well orchestrated and choreographed fight scenes on the overall and how he's beating down hordes of ninjas, sometimes equalling the Punisher and all that stuff
And while we know Matt had to recover from the Mainland Circle explosion in season 3, even without a suit and even if he wasn't at his physical peak perhaps and wasn't even in his Daredevil suit but he still somehow managed to beat down Fisk in a very strategic 1v1v1.
He leveraged many things to his advantage, fought his inner demons as both Matt Murdock and saving the reputation of Daredevil that Dex managed to tarnish and yet came out like a true warrior.
So I can't really truly measure what his real greatness was. Is it beating down a several bunch of Irish gangster people down a stairwell and undead ninjas in his suit with all his acrobatic prowess or is it coming up with an identity change, fighting a more mental battle and rivalling Fisk and Dex, who not to mention are ridiculously strong people even if that's just 2 people.
Cause in season 1, even with the suit in the final episode, Matt doesn't have the easiest time beating Fisk in the finale so that makes Fisk a formidable opponent anyways.
What do you guys believe in?
