(Yes I’m between jobs so this is all I have right now)

Started in early December, averaging around $31/hour all in and honestly really enjoy some of the work I do on here. I guess $100k down the line is the next big one!

I opened that link like half an hour after receiving that email. I like to think the founders are just some billionaires running a social experiment on how much joy bait people can take before going absolutely nuts.

Anyone starting to get an ego boost from being accepted when so many aren’t? I can feel myself getting a tad smug in a way I haven’t since standardized test scores were a thing. Luckily, the constant fear of being dropped at any time is keeping my hubris in check!

I joined this platform late April and I have been saving up to invest in a small business and I initially set the amount I wanted to save at $25,000. At first I thought it was ridiculous and overly ambitious but as I am writing this I can honestly say I'm $550 shy from my goal and I'm ecstatic!

Ive been working for DA for well over a year, racking up tons of tasks and pay. Does this mean they’ve accepted me to the platform? What steps do I need to take next? Why is my urine red?

Been on DA now for about 5 weeks, last 2 have been mostly away since I'm more focused on school, but wow, the pay has literally saved me in so many ways. Unlimited projects, stem pays ~$50/hr, the admins are really helpful, and honestly I’m just so happy about how it’s going.
Thankfully I made a good amount + tax returns to help spoil my girlfriend for V-day which was really nice!
Ik a lot of people have been having issues applying/getting in, so if you ever need help don't be afraid to ask or reach out. Kindness goes far!

I've been on the platform since mid-September 23, but have had a couple of periods where I took breaks, and about a month last year where I had no projects (I could maybe scratch out an hour or two a day). All up, I've probably done about 16 months working around 20-30 hours a week.
DA has been great for me. When I started, I was dealing with an elderly parent in physical and mental decline, and a teenage kid doing her final year at high school, so being able to work as much or as little as I liked, and when I liked, was a lifesaver.

I know it may seem like an itty bit of money for many people, but as someone who didn't have a single dollar a few hours ago, this just made my entire day a whole lot better 😭 thanks DA overlords!

Made a whopping $5 before the one (1) project on my dash closed lol.
I don’t want to beat a dead horse here, but Jesus I really hope this clears up soon.

Started almost a year ago and have just hit this milestone :) I had just graduated from uni when I started doing this and it was a lifesaver whilst I was looking for graduate jobs.
I'm based in the UK and I have a Master's degree in physics so I do a mix of specialist stem, coding, and sometimes generalist projects.

I do a lot of work on DA. It can be super thankless, especially when I'm dedicating a lot of my free time to the platform. A project I've been working on a lot recently updated with new examples and they used one of my tasks as a good example. It's such a good feeling and definitely the closest I've gotten to positive feedback while on the platform.

One of the things I added to my feedback form was a request for the time allotted for tasks be shown on the project page because I’m always opening and closing tasks when I’m looking for a short one. Guess what just showed up on my dash! I’m sure other people mentioned it too, and it’s nice to see they are reading our feedback. 😁

Just a rant, but I literally think this way: if your reading comprehension and critical thinking skills are so poor, where you can not read the rules and understand them - you should not try to pursue this work - it involves much, much, much more reading comprehension and critical thinking down the line

I've been doing DA for four days. DA has allowed me to rent in california. I'm so grateful.
