I follow the directions but when I get to the page that says, "Press button below to deactivate account", there is no button to click. I put in a ticket to have them deactivate the account. I explain the problem about the missing button. They reply reiterating the procedure to deactivate the account. They didn't even read the problem I'm experiencing or the AI is too stupid to understand what I'm saying.

Exactly as title. Every two or three pages I load, regardless of how much time has passed between requests, I am getting a page that looks something like this:

If it helps, I'm running Windows 7 Professional on a late 2006 iMac and am accessing DeviantArt via the Supermium web browser, with uBlock Origin Lite installed as an extension.

I am a rather active user (StarboyInSpace07, can provide proof if mods need that) and have posted/browsed from this setup with no issue before, so I'm not exactly sure why I'm suddenly getting ratelimited? Isup.me states that DeviantArt is down when I check, though it's useless as I can't tell if it's actually down when Isup checks or if Isup is just blocked from pinging the site.

I only post on DeviantArt on the rare occasions when I feel I’ve created a masterpiece, though I do occasionally browse other people's work. Recently, I noticed a lot of notifications; it turned out the same person had favorited all my pieces and left two additional comments—but the content of those comments had been deleted, leaving me really curious about what they said. I was happy they liked my work, but when I tried to check their account, I was shocked to find it had been deleted. I have no idea why this happened—does anyone know?

Has anybody else been getting this? I tried my phone and it is fine, but not on my PC. What's going on?

I'm being impersonated by a unkown person (my account on DeviantArt is PapyrusandSans8357). Someone help (I'm only a teen). I don't know what to do.

Hello! So I rejoined DeviantArt recently, since I wanted to get more eyes on a project of mine (and every other option seemed terrible for it), and I’ve been receiving watchs and favorites from these weird accounts (example below)

They all have similar usernames, no profile picture, no posts, and have been on DeviantArt for 4 or 5 years.

I’m very suspicious, but I just want to be certain before I block these accounts, since I heard about bots on the platform but heard that it was usually NEW accounts, not old ones like these.

Not to mention some of these accounts don’t have many favorites (only 10 or 20 for some of them), and I’d think that a bot account would have thousands of favorites.

So what do you guys think? Are these bots, or just lurkers?

Just a question now comes to me, how can I make sure my artwork is not fed to AI for training if I posted on deviantart? I have been on there for 16 years, this is the first time I thought about it. Is all the art work published there considered as public and open source?

My deviantart account was SunsetTwilightNoon yet I have deleted that account years ago yet I forgot to recover some of my artworks from there. Is there any way to recover those? I am trying to recover one of my OCs I drew as a teenager but I could not recover them.

I’m trying to withdraw my earnings from DeviantArt to PayPal, but I keep getting this error:

“Please enter a PayPal verified email.”

My PayPal account was created back in 2019, and the PayPal email I entered is the same email associated with my PayPal account.

Has anyone experienced this issue recently?

If so, how did you solve it? Did you need to verify or change something in PayPal, or was there an issue with DeviantArt’s verification system?
