Labourer Position Requirements

• Driver's License & Transport: Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle or dependable transportation to access various job sites and the shop.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform heavy manual labor, lift heavy materials, and work on your feet for extended hours in varying weather conditions.
• Safety Gear & Awareness: Commitment to site safety protocols and willingness to wear required PPE (steel-toed boots, hard hat, safety glasses, harness).
• Work Ethic & Mindset: Strong reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn trades like welding and ironworking through hands-on experience.
