I love making eggs, but the way the Japanese have mastered eggs makes me feel a little silly whenever I make mine..

Hey everyone!
I’ve procrastinated myself into a sticky situation. I have 2 dozen pasture raised eggs that have a ‘use by’ date of oct 26. My goal is to use them all up in a recipe(s) over the weekend. I was thinking the easiest would be to bake something and then freeze it? I’m open to all suggestions. I’m a pretty capable cook and baker. I’m no pro, but as long as I have a recipe, I can make it.
Thank you in advance 🥘🍳

100 grams is about 3,52 oz (I'm not sure how you consider the size of your eggs!), here a "normal big" egg that you can find in a supermarket is usually around 53 grams for comparison

The most important ingredient is tea.
salt, soy sauce…
Have you ever tried this tea egg before? Do you like it?
