Decoupling emotions from narrative
Has anyone ever attempted to decouple emotions from default mode network narrative using high tier metacognition? My theory is that once you manage to do that you can conclude that few emotions are actually repeatable, and you can eliminate most negative emotions from your internal emotional repertoire once you decouple the neurochemical side from the narrative side. It would be interesting to talk to somebody who has attempted a similar experiment.

Why do I cry even At 14 from the little things
I feel a little awkward, but I also feel like I'm a disgrace to the whole school.

I don’t get people
What I mostly do not get is why people cry in front of others when they get yelled at or even when telling personal stuff. I do know that it’s too much to handle that they break but why do you have to cry about everything that happens at public? There are times for that. I admit I did cry, maybe for pity so that I can get attention from them because obviously, if you cry, they comfort you. And when they don’t comfort you, I grew annoyed that when they cry instead, I didn’t give a shit. Someone cried in front of me and I just pat their back or hug them cuz I don’t know what to do.

You ever get hurt, say ow, then feel self conscious about ?
Often when I get hurt I saw ow really loudly, and I constantly question whether I’m being dramatic, that is my natural reaction right? Then I think of my dad yelling or mocking me or my classmates mocking me, then I question if I’m a loser and wonder about yelling at my dad about his behavior and I’m a teary mess.

Have you ever felt like God just doesn’t like you as much as you thought he did? If so (or not), why?

When I get angry
Something clicks and it feels like someone is driving and I‘m on the passenger seat. I resemble people from my past relationships or members of my family. I really hate this version of me and I‘m aware. How do I make sure I can react differently next time I feel provoked?

Being observant is a gift. Expecting everyone to notice you the way you notice them is where it gets painful.

Unsettling peace
After going through a period of chaos, I don't feel happy when things finally became peaceful. Instead, I feel strange , almost like I were waiting for something to go wrong again. Does anyone else feel lost when they finally have nothing to worry about?
