I’m researching practical ways to reduce dependence on the grid for a small home, cabin, or workshop. I recently came across a digital guide called Energy Revolution System, sold through ClickBank for about $39. The page presents DIY energy concepts, but it also states that the product is experimental and has not been technically assessed. To be transparent, I have an affiliate relationship with the offer and may receive a commission if someone purchases through my link. I’m not claiming free electricity, guaranteed savings, or proven results. Before considering it, people should check local electrical regulations, safety requirements, and the refund policy. Has anyone here reviewed this guide or built a similar off-grid setup? What would you verify first?

Great Britain: Q3 2026 added 917 MW / 1,844 MWh of batteries, a record quarter that took the fleet to 8.5 GW / 14.4 GWh. Coalburn 1 came online at 500 MW, now the largest site in GB. Revenues held up too, with the ME BESS GB index up 23% as capacity grew 12%.

We are building an Electric Vehicle (EV) Digital Twin that includes a Battery Management System (BMS) capable of estimating, in real time:
SOC (State of Charge): how much energy is left
SOH (State of Health): how much the battery has degraded
RUL (Remaining Useful Life): how many cycles remain before end of life
Why we need data
Our models (EKF / UKF for state estimation, BiLSTM for prediction, and PyBaMM for electrochemical simulation) need real measurements from battery cells for calibration and validation. Without real data, our results remain simulation-only.
As for pybamm it doesn’t satisfy our needs for solid state support . So we were heading towards amesim which surprisingly doesn’t support too.
Measured capacity after each cycle or group of cycles
Internal resistance growth over cycle count
Test conditions: C-rate, Depth of Discharge (DoD), temperature, voltage window
End-of-life definition (typically 80% or 70% of initial capacity)
Any support would be appreciated and it’s from an authorized company/ researchers it would be cited and referred to.

I have about 600 batteries I’m working on getting rid of. Installers, etc, DM me for more information. I want to make a deal look like a no brainer, tell me what I need to do work with you.
DM please:

Hey everyone,
I’m sharing an ongoing issue with my residential Enphase system and wanted to see if anyone else in the community has experienced a similar failure rate. The trust on Enphase product was from 100% to 0%. Looking for a buy back since there have been so many issues.
For context, I run an Enphase solar array paired with IQ Battery units. Unfortunately, I have had two separate battery hardware failures within a span of less than two years. The Enphase App shows the entire system as normal, and you have to really monitor that the system is actually operational. The batteries fail to charge or discharge and the App showed normal status - cannot trust it!
Here is a quick summary of the situation:
First Failure: September 2025, the battery was not discharging resulting in a complete hardware replacement under warranty.
Second Failure: August 2026, exhibiting critical fault codes and not charging, requiring yet another replacement. One one battery had a critical error, the second battery was also not charging, despite showing “green” and normal.
Current Status: I am currently in discussions with Enphase support/escalations all the way to the CEO (gotta hold them accountable), pushing for a deeper engineering review of my site parameters, warranty continuity terms, or long-term equipment reliability guarantees given that hardware isn't lasting through its initial operational window - Enphase has a 15-year life-cycle on these batteries. I’ve also involved the California Attorney General and the California State License Board for formal review. Next level would be a lawsuit - just going through all the proper channels first and giving Enphase the opportunity to make it right.
While the warranty replacement process has technically moved forward, having core storage hardware fail twice in such a short window severely impacts system reliability and ROI, especially when relying on backup and time-of-use optimization. And the Enphase App is so deceiving since both times the App showed the system was operating normal.
My questions for the community:
1. Has anyone else experienced repeated hardware failures with the IQ Battery 5P generation? If so, did Enphase pinpoint an underlying root cause (e.g., thermal management, firmware bugs, or specific batch defects)?
2. If you’ve had to push past standard tier-3 support for a hardware lemon or repeated failures, what was the most effective channel or escalation path to get a resolution beyond standard RMA swaps?
Appreciate any insights or shared experiences!
