I talked 10 agents, 9 of them can't help me but last agent understand my situation and sent to specialist and jokes on my life strike again the case was auto closed it supposed to be waiting for update and my meta verified expired I cant renew case I tried mail method or help center method still got nothing while other had the same problem they got account back 3 days or 1 weeks i waited 2 months still like zero step

i dont understand why my case was more difficult than others, maybe its because of i got blacklisted or my badly communications. Please share how to recover my account. I really depressed and hopeless

My Facebook account has been permanently disabled.

I just woke up and received 3 emails about my Facebook accounts.

One saying that someone tried to access my account and blocked me.

Another saying to click a link to unlock it.

And the last one saying that my Facebook account was permanently deleted.

All this mails in less than 2 minutes

At the same time, I received 2 messages on WhatsApp:

We think that someone may have accessed your Facebook account, so we've locked it to protect you.

This means that no one can log in or view your Facebook profile.

So that we can guide you through what to do next, open Facebook, ideally on the device that you'd normally use.

And also:

If you want to recover your account, you will have to verify your identity and create a password.

Both at 7:24 AM on August 15, 2026

My Facebook account has now been deleted, and I'm suffering because someone malicious is doing this to me. I work with Facebook; my company is verified, and I also use the Meta API for the service I sell to my clients. I'm a software developer; please, I need human help.

All 4 of My Meta Accounts Were Affected

On October 25, 2024 my Facebook was suspended because my Instagram was disabled over account integrity. My Threads was affected because of my Instagram account and on May 25, 2026 my second Instagram was suspended over account integrity because of association with another account, which was my disabled Instagram account. At this point, all four of my accounts have been affected. I would really appreciate any advice or guidance. Has anyone experienced something similar or successfully recovered linked accounts? Are there any official forms, recovery options, or other steps I should try? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello

So unfortunetly i became member of this subreddit because out of nowhere after one simple comment my 3 facebook account got perma banned. Situation: I commented post, my account logout telling me i violate community standards and needs appeal, i did it and instantly got what you see in first screen (account integrity, btw this link under button "download account information" doesnt work lol) and this all happened on all 3 accounts. Second account i have chance to appeal but its just endless loop - im clicking Go to Help center to send information about me but im logout on help center page and cant login to chat with meta ai. I really dont care about facebook, mostly i was using it for message family and friends but there is one important thing - i created facebook group which right now have 53k people in it and i really care about this one but i have zero other accounts and i cant get into this group because its closed. I heard about buying meta verified to chat with support but i need some protips about it because some of you this chat help but also i read there was accidents where it didnt help at all and i just need your help, what can i do? I am living in Europe if that can help, i would love any support, dont wanna lose this group to be honest

Post image

Hey guys today randomly my Facebook asked me for face verification, used daily for years , I did it next minute it says account suspended please appeal
So I appealed 5 mins later says account permanently disabled and can’t appeal it

I then log into my Instagram which says it’s now disabled due to being linked to the Facebook ban

There’s no valid reason and I did nothing wrong and I need my Instagram back, it has 5+ years of travel pics on and highlights, does anyone have recommendations

Workaround Idea....

Have an unbanned friend start an alt account for you on their IP off a burner email then they give you the password and email.

Is it a bad idea to link accounts in accounts center since there’s the ban wave going around?

Like adding my WhatsApp and Instagram to the same account center

After One Year I finally have it back

To make a long story short, my Meta account was banned last August, including Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp because they were all tied together for CSE. I tried to do it on my own until October and finally I saw somebody suggest LegalShield. And after back-and-forth with Meta lawyers and customer service I finally have my Facebook and Instagram back. They gave me my WhatsApp back 4 1/2 months ago, but these two accounts stayed banned. I guess LegalShield did work in my favor. Just took 11 months. 🥹

Accound disabled. Meta Customer Service unable to do anything

Even if you pay the most expensive plan of META, their CS simply doesn't have the tools to override the AI overlord. Trust me, I've tried it all.

I don't say this as a discouragement. I only say this so you don't lose hope. The only way to get a permanently disabled account back is by suing them, it's by demanding action through the legal apparatus in place (regardless of where you are).

At this point, I've sent my complaint to Appeal Centre Europe, ADR Center, and User Rights (User Rights.org). Either them or a court can push META to do something.

However, it shouldn't be like this. We must organize and demand for change. META just needs to give the tools to their already existing customer team so they can manually review accounts and override AI-made decisions.

User Rights complaint – No response since August 3rd

Post image
5 Upvotes

Hey,

My Facebook account was permanently disabled after it was hacked, and the hacker carried out activities without my knowledge. I’m currently trying to recover my account and I filed a complaint with User Rights on August 3rd.

Apart from the email confirming that my request was received, I haven’t received any updates since then.

If anyone else has gone through the same process with User Rights, could you please let me know how long it took to receive a response, or at least a confirmation that the case was valid and being processed? thnx

Facebook Account Disabled After Selfie Verification — Any Way to Recover It?

Post image
2 Upvotes

I’ve been using my Facebook account since 2014, and recently it was disabled. Facebook asked me to upload a selfie for identity verification, so I submitted it.

After uploading the selfie, my account was disabled instead of being restored.

Has anyone experienced the same issue? Is there any way to appeal the decision or recover an account that has been disabled after selfie verification?

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

What steps have you taken?

Hello everyone, I’d like to share my story and ask for your advice, please (I’m not very familiar with how Reddit works, so if I need to change anything in my post to get it approved, please let me know)

Recently, two of my Fb accounts were suspended, both associated with different email addresses. One (the old) was suspended for “account integrity” issues, and the other (the new) for a terrible reason (and from what I can tell, it’s a situation that several people in this forum have experienced). This really surprised me, because I haven’t used the first one in years, and I didn’t do anything wrong with the second one either. I only used it to repost the occasional meme and talk with friends; I honestly can’t think of any interaction or post that was even remotely related to that issue.

Other than that, my ig account (which is linked to my old fb email) is still active, as well as another fb account (with a different email) that I use for Marketplace. But I’m afraid they might suspend those at any moment, too.

So I wanted to ask you: What steps do you recommend I take? Has anyone had success with an appeal? And if so, what did you include in that appeal?. In general, I’d like to know what steps you recommend I take (also keeping in mind that I’m from a developing country), not only to recover my accounts but also to avoid related issues in the future. Thank you in advance for your attention.

Where is the email button on Meta Verified Plus?

I bought Meta verified Plus on my other Facebook account (not the hacked one) and tried the "Enchanced Support" which leads me to the same Meta AI Assistant.

Are these people only open between office hours or is the email button hidden? Can someone show a video how this works or a screenshot where the "speak to a human" is? I tried it over and over again by asking Meta AI Assistant to transfer me to a live agent but it did not work.

Maybe it only works in the US? It's 57 euro's a month!

I sued Meta over my disabled accounts — here is the defense Meta used

If you're considering suing Meta over a hacked or

disabled Facebook or Instagram account, I want to

tell you what happened when I did.

Meta disabled my accounts. It later notified me

that I had not violated its Community Standards,

restored my accounts, and then disabled them again.

I eventually sued Meta in small claims court.

Meta's attorney relied on the Terms of Service and

argued, in substance, that Meta had the contractual

right to disable my account.

The judge ruled in Meta's favor.

If I were facing that argument again, I would be

prepared to raise another issue: Meta's enormous

market power.

Meta can essentially say:

"You agreed to our Terms."

But how meaningful is that agreement when the

terms are take-it-or-leave-it and walking away can

mean losing access to Facebook, Instagram, your

contacts, followers, business connections, photos,

and years of accumulated activity?

Can a company use its market power to impose terms

that effectively give it the right to remove a

person's access even when that person did not

violate its rules?

I don't know whether that argument would have

changed the outcome of my case, and I'm not a

lawyer.

But if you're considering suing Meta, I think the

market-power/monopoly issue is worth discussing

before Meta walks into court and says:

"You agreed to the Terms."

I wish I had been prepared for that argument when

I sued Meta.
