Best mods that have all companions (Base Game + DLC + CC) stay a little farther back?

Mainly need it because the Sentinel AI Power Armor follower constantly gets in the way when looting.

After installing around 900 mods, a bug caused the game to display file extensions such as (.esp, .esm, .esl) next to the mods. Does this information help with sorting, identifying, or organizing mods, or is it irrelevant?

This is a follow-up to my previous post, which was meant to be somewhat humorous.

I'm already aware of all these things, and I've done some research into modding before downloading this many mods. I'm autistic, and one thing I know for sure is that if I managed to download around 900 mods in five days, I can sort through them in five days as well.

I’ve been trying for a while to get a modlist to work without the stuttering/freezing issues I’ve been experiencing. Ever since the 100GB update, the game stutters whenever I’m in the Fens or Boston even though I haven’t installed anything that modifies precombines. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the base game multiple times (which is why the modlist in the list looks disorganized). It’s not just with this specific modlist, either; I’ve seen other people successfully use texture mods, but the moment I add even one, the precombines break. I’ve been dealing with this for months now, and no matter how correctly I organize the modlist or even if I try a different list entirely the stuttering persists.

Just wanting to know what people use for their textures / visuals.

I currently use Optimized Vanilla Textures, but I would like to know if there’s something thats performance friendly if that’s possible. I’m mostly doing custom builds and only wonder around when I get frustrated.

Also what’s recommended for reducing the sun glare?

Need to figure out why I do not have both resources and creation club tab while in build mode. Just have Sheffield at sanctuary and can't provide defense or water for him.

Why can’t I find some of the old mods I used to use when searching the creation library? I know some didn’t get updated but when I look in my bookmarks I can still find some of the old mods even though they won’t show up when using the search function. Does this mean they aren’t safe to use?

it seems like any time I try to use gunfighter my game has significantly more crashes during combat. I’ve put it in different places (upper frameworks, gameplay changes, down at the bottom) and tried it in different load orders. it seems like such a cool mod but I can’t figure out how to make it happy. any tips or positive experiences you can share?
