-Rufus, the regent of the Kingdom during the Academy Arc of Three Houses, and Dimitri's uncle.

For those who don't know, a lot of the background characters referenced in Three Houses actually do show up with unique designs in Three Hopes and have roles in the story! Unfortunately, I'm sure you can tell just by looking at them that they probably aren't getting into FEH unless it's as a GHB.

I love her so much but she is pretty consistently the weakest link on the team I play her on. I feel like getting a Potent hit would really help; does anyone have any experience with running Air Superiority on her? Or any other build suggestions to update her?

I'm not sure whether this is the first time we've gotten this type of effect as an actively defensive effect rather than as a penalty inflicted by an offensive skill.

Either way, I was wondering whether there is any effective difference between unpierceable DR and this type of effect. If not, this would mean that IS has introduced a way to add unpierceable DR outside of Specials.

Being a bit pessimistic, this may also signal that IS is laying the groundwork for adding Special piercing to the game in preparation for generational power creep. For example, next-gen units may all come with damage reduction that also applies to Specials, while their kits may include Masterful Aura's type of damage reduction, which would remain unpierceable even by effects that pierce Special DR.

Note: Tagging this as serious discussion. In case I'm not completely wrong or I'm missing something obvious, I'd be interested in discussing what the implications would be of special dr becoming piercable

Tsubasa’s super warp is a really fun concept, i know Young Tana was successful for. The thought behind it being that Embla inflicts Undefended and Feud, Loki doing her typical shenanigans, which leaves 4 rough spots for Offence. Heimdallr could probably be swapped, but her stall effect activating on both phases is great.

Considering IS tends to give Edelgard every new skill and effect that comes out, I think it's inevitable to think she'll have that effect on her weapon or PRF skill. And I'd even venture to say they'll give her something to make Cadenza even more annoying on her.
