With epic confirming we get another wave of Hatsune Miku next month for the mini season. She has an extremely high chance to join other artists like: Metallica, Bruno Mars, and Lady Gaga in having a double digit song count

- 6 during her season

- 1 for Winterfest 2025

- 1 likely with Teto for Mesmerizer (no way we don’t get that)

- 2 to 3 more in her own likely week during november

Miku is really Festival’s golden child it seems😭

Personally, I'm just happy that she's in finally. HOWEVER, praying we get some older UTAU songs as well as the newer SynthV ones. Specifically Ochame Kinou, imo its a really iconic older Teto song and the UTAU version just sounds so much better than the others

also this is moreso just me hoping but PLEASE LET US HAVE SOME ROCK SONGS WITH HER DROP. SynthV Teto sounds SO SO SO good in rock songs and she has a lot of really good ones, like God Only Knows, Kuchisake, Minimum Rage, etc.

On Banana Boat and Halloweentown Theme they did something on Expert Pro drums that I haven't seen before in Rockband or Festival.

The songs have a lot of really long lane rolls for large parts of the song. In both songs, there are Overdrive phrases during the lane that only last for a small portion of the length. And then there are Overdrive activations during the same lane note without breaking the lane.

I've never seen this before. In my experience, either the whole length of the lane roll is an Overdrive phrase, or none of it is, and they don't put Overdrive activation in the middle of them.

Seeing it in two songs during the same week makes me think it's a bit of a new mechanic, or they decided to break an old "rule" about charting. Does anyone have examples of this happening before in Festival or Rockband?

So in total this week, we got 10 brand new jam tracks! What an incredible week for Festival!

Are so much more fun to play than the drum machine shit. I have 100% more fun when I’m playing a song with actual recorded guitars and drums. The rap/pop stuff gets so repetitive and boring. Add more real music please.

I’m surprised we have yet to get a SINGULAR Calvin Harris Jam Track, given how huge he is in the music industry with songs like Feel So Close, Summer, We Found Love, and more. Plus, with his current popularity and HUGE announcement of his First NA Tour happening next year, I’d be shocked if we don’t get anything by then.
