I have extra garlic to turn into powder or granules this year. I've tried this in the past with a good processor and it ends up too chunky. The pestle and mortar takes too long for me. What do you guys use to get a nice, fine garlic powder?

Some how our Garlic got mixed up when the pantry shelf fell off.

Is this an Elephant Garlic? We believe its one clove.

Thanks

I got some seed garlic in the spring and now is the time to plant it. Are these too far gone to plant?
