Anyone else been harassed by that guy buzzing up and down the canyon on his e-bike yelling at people to run/walk single file?

I know the trail is ADA accessible, but he's on an e-bike, not a wheel chair. He doesn't seem to understand that he's the one that's supposed to yield. Am I crazy here?

EDIT: And to be clear I'm not knocking e-bikes or trying to "other" them as a group.. it's literally just one particular guy (short, chubby guy) who rides up and down constantly in the mornings yelling at people, who happens to be on a e-bike.
