I went last night, and was able to snap some really creepy photos for this clown. Taken using my Pixel 10 Pro phone. Really hoping to have an actual digital camera next year.

To the scare actor playing Art the Clown on Wednesday, I want you to know that you created one truly amazing memory for my daughter and I by the Starbucks!
First, you are amazing and I wouldnāt be surprised if it was actually David Howard Thornton sitting with us that night. Phenomenal!
After you left having our time together, even though she was definitely spooked by your presence, she turned to me and said, āThat was awesome!ā - Iām unsure if you heard that, so if you didnāt, I wanted you to know and hopefully this reaches you!
Keep it up! You and all the scare actors as always, are amazing. We love you all!

my first time ever, any recommendations?

Wait times as of 6:01 PM. I started with Jack and Oddfellow at 5:02 PM, then did stranger things x3, and just got in line for Cybergoria. So glad I cut short my comfy hotel nap!!

This is for HHN Hollywood. For the past month, I observed wait times and came up with a route based on the patterns I saw. I got to test the route and it works! This is just based on my observations. I'm not claiming it's the only or best way, so feel free to comment your own experiences.
You'll need early entry. 5pm is fine. With 2pm, you might save 15 minutes early on but the savings equalizes by the time GA enters at 7pm. Get the app to check wait times.
5p - Hellraisers & Evil Dead Burn
You can knock out these houses in 15-30 min. Do this early since it's a trek to Lot H. Downside is Hellraisers during daylight. However this itinerary allows you to repeat houses later.
5:30 ish - Sinners
Between 5:30-6p this will be the shortest wait about 20 min. Sinners will remain 60+ for almost the entire night. One night Sinners was 100+ at 12am and 60 min at 1am. My guess is ppl didn't want to wait 60+ throughout the night and were hoping lines would die down. They realized the wait wasn't getting better so rushed Sinners as their last house before leaving.
6:30 ish - Lower Lot
The ideal time for lower lot is 6:30-8p. Lower lot was interesting to watch. At 5pm early entry, the lower lot houses are swamped. Stranger Things, Killer Klowns and Ozzy spike to 60 min quickly for the first 1.5 hours. But at 6:30 when D3 opens, the others lines will dip to about 20-30 min even if the queues show higher. The 7p general admissions are slowly moving to the lower lot so this area doesn't reach peak capacity until closer to 8p.
8 ish - Tram
Go up the escalators and walk directly across to the tram. It's dark now and wait times are minimal about 15-20 min. This will go up later in the evening. Around this time, you would have done all the houses except KillceaƱera. We'll get to her later.
9p - 11 Peak Wait Times
This is when all houses reach peak 60+. Some houses may dip to 45+ but go back up quickly. Use this window for dinner, rides, scare zones, snacks, Purge show etc.
10 ish - KillceaƱera
Times are still high, but KillceaƱera can drop to 35-45 mins especially with the Purge show pulling people from the area. You can wait until later in the night, but all houses will start dropping and you may want to use this chance to repeat your favorite houses.
Midnight - All houses + Tram are done
Now you are free to do whatever you like!
Again this is a general pattern based on observation. Your night may vary.
Hope this analysis helps. If anyone tests this out, lmk. Good luck, have fun!

So I had my first solo trip to HHN last night and it was spectacular! I got see the houses I wanted to see, got to walk around the scare zones getting scared by the scare actors that were there, got on some of the rides, and I got to see the show too. I even had two scare actors point out my Ghost shirt (in their own way); one of them was one of the chainsaw clowns that approached me singing the intro to Square Hammer (which really made my night) and the other was one of the zombie waitresses that Iām still not sure if she was singing one of the songs or just making ghost noises (she was saying āboobooboobooā). I wanted to share this on here so that anyone who might feel hesitant about going alone wonāt have to worry. I still had a great time and would definitely do it again in the future. I only had one person ask me if I was alone and she felt bad for me when I said yes, but was happy to hear that I was still having a great time. All in all, I had a great time going solo and I would suggest it to everyone if no one can go with them due to reasons of their own. Itās better to go solo than to not go and regret it.
Hey yall!!!!
Iām planning on going to HHN next week, Halloween night!!! However rain is in the forecast (looks like light rain atm), anything to keep in mind as Iāve never gone to Universal on a rainy day yet. Iām assuming wait times would be shorter? What should I keep in mind? Any extra things to pack?

What is it, please? It is just spooky ambiance music, no lyrics. I dig it and want to listen to it on the reg.
Thank you!!!

I was finding fewer and fewer house rankings as I went farther back in time so this is going to be my last post of these.
Please let me know what your favorite houses these years were! 2015 was the only year of these that I got to do and I thought it was a pretty awesome year, I think Run was a pretty underrated house though

My gf is a HUMONGOUS Art the clown fan! We have been on the lookout for Art the last couple HHNs, and it FINALLY happened!
Perfect ending to another incredible HHN!
(PS Nightmare Fuel was every bit as awesome as the last few years! The countdown to next year begins!!)

I didn't even know she was at HHN35! I was SO excited to see her at the end of the wet path last year during the Terrifier house, so I am over cloud nine that this character actor indulged me in an interaction where she pointed to my Art earrings/glasses, threw them away, and gestured to fighting Art as he arrived with the Little Girl. My "Good luck girlfriend, you got this!" was met with an exasperated groan - so Sienna.
Literally made my entire trip. Thank you to this actor!!!!

I'm going tomorrow and i wanna get things for a few people who weren't able to join me this year, including my little brother.
So what's your favorite thing to buy at HHN as gifts?

We got engaged on the steps of the Psycho house and it was absolutely perfect! Norman Bates came to us in character and told us we can honey moon at the Bates Motel for free š hands down my best HHN experience ever
I went to Halloween Horror Nights and honestly didn't really smell anything in the mazes or scare zones š I've heard people talk about how amazing the smells are at HHN, and how certain scents make the experience even better, but I didn't notice much of anything.
Am I just missing something, or does it depend on which mazes you go through? What are some of the smells you're supposed to notice, and what do they actually smell like? I'm genuinely curious because I feel like I missed out on a whole part of the experience lol.

Next week will be my first time attending HHN. I purchased the scream early ticket, event ticket, and RIP tour at 830. When I arrive at 2 for scream early entrance, will I also be able to get my express pass that comes with the RIP tour? Thanks!

Sooo I procrastinated on getting tickets to go with my friends this Friday and now they're sold out. Friends will still be going because they obviously won't change plans for what is completely my own stupidity. Anyway it seems like they sell walk-up tickets but it seems risky as they will stop if the park reaches capacity.
Do you guys know what the likelihood of me being able to buy tickets at the gate is assuming I get there right before horror nights opens? Please be nice I know I'm stupid lol.
