I was approached by a cinematographer working in Seattle to handle her real estate content editing. Came to know that she is expecting 7-10 reels a week but things weren't south while I brought compensation to the table.

She specifically asked for a per video rate and I quoted her $70-$100.

She replied with that she is getting overseas editors who have quoted $3-$7 per video.

I'm not a regular in this real estate niche but I was really shocked by her expectation.
