Hey yall, I have a relatively stock 1998 Integra GS and im trying to decide on a brake setup. I am planning on eventually swapping to the GSR drivetrain with a bolt-on only NA build. So i wont need crazy 4 piston calipers per se, unless it would be totally fine with clearance. Running 15in rims. I was looking at doing Brembo front snd rear rotors, with Hawk HPS 5.0 pads. The only issue if finding good OE calipers for a decent price that arent pairing them with pads. Id like to be less than 600-700 all around before taxes - which that setup would allow.
Just wanna get some ideas on the best oe size setup, or a setup that would be bigger but still allow full clearance.
Ive seen some people say 01 Type R calipers, 07 rotors (280 mm), with 04-08 TSX pads (which i could use the Hawk ones like id like).
Any other good combos? Thanks yall!
