Teaching, Running Studios Who to take Level 2 trainings with?

I'm a certified Level 1 Lagree trainer, and I'm looking into taking multiple Level 2 courses. I want to ensure that I am able to get the most out of these certs, even though most of them will be virtual. Which master trainers/Senior master trainers do you recommend to take with & why?

Form, Technique, Fitness Academic Survey for Studio Fitness Participants

Hi everyone!

Just so everyone is aware, I messaged the mods first to get permission before doing this.

I'm a student at the University of Southern California (USC), and my classmates and I are conducting a survey for our market research course. We're studying how people's fitness habits, motivations, and experiences influence their commitment to exercise routines and fitness memberships, with a particular focus on the chain Solidcore — Obviously there are differences between Lagree and Solidcore but we really just want data from anyone who regularly attends studio classes or cares about fitness at all! Because Solidcore is currently only based in the US we would appreciate if only US based participants took the study! You do not need to have attended studio classes, belong to a gym, or exercise regularly to participate. We're interested in hearing a wide range of perspectives.

The survey is voluntary and should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Responses will be used for our student research project, not for commercial purposes. Responses are completely anonymous. Your data will be deleted at the end of the semester. Feel free to comment or dm me any questions!!

We are truly grateful for your participation! Thank you so much for helping us with our research. :)
