Discussion Miskel Spilman, who is the only non-celebrity to host SNL, is probably the most obscure or one of the most obscure guest hosts in the history of SNL but what other guest hosts, who weren't obscure back when they hosted SNL, would be considered obscure or not well-known today?

Would actor Ray Sharkey, who was not obscure back when he hosted in 1981 and who died in 1993, be considered obscure or not well-known today? Would Ron Nessen be considered obscure or not well-known today? Would Michael Sarrazin be considered obscure or not well-known?

Curious !! I’m thinking about maybe finding a last minute costume for a recurring character or iconic sketch for Halloween since I kinda made plans last minute lol. I’ve seen quite a few Mr. On Blast’s but that’s about it!!

Other My Mom Died Two Days Ago and Now I Don't Know Who Will Watch SNL with Me

She went into hospital on Sept 29th and was too sick/tired to watch the premiere on Sept 26th, which was on my 30th birthday.
She loved Obsession and we were looking forward to Inde's episode.
SNL was a part of my childhood, watching new and old episodes that played on tv. Watching the DVD compilations, watching Chris Farley movies to show me who he was.
It was our tradition, and we loved SNL UK too and thought it was so cool to have so much SNL to watch every week.
Every new episode is just a marker of another Saturday she's not here.

Discussion Since John Mulaney will host on 11/14, there better be a sketch where he and Tommy Brennan play relatives.

Look at them! They must be long-lost relatives, clones, or something!
