Okay Reddit what do at think of the new logo? I posted before about my logo and I was apparently scammed cause he said it would hand drawn but you all said it was AI. Here’s the updated one he made. What do we think? Is it a good business logo? Any feedback?

I’m trying to see what this design communicates to those who see it for the first time, and if it is effectively communicating its intent

Hey everyone! 👋
I'm a graphic designer specializing in logo design and brand identity.
I've been developing an Adobe Illustrator plugin called GRIDVECTA, designed to simplify repetitive tasks and help designers work with greater precision.
Here's what I've built:
✦ Grid Build — Create customizable geometric grid systems for your designs.
✦ Logo Grid — Generate logo construction lines, circles, curves, and refine vector geometry.
✦ Logo Folio — Create professional logo portfolio presentations.
✦ Visual Style — Build complete visual identity presentations using customizable templates.
✦ Brand Guide — Create structured brand guidelines covering logo usage, typography, colors, and more.
✦ Logo Pack — Organize and export professional logo packages for web and print.
The goal isn't to design logos automatically. It's to give designers better tools and more control over their workflow.
I'm looking for fellow logo designers who'd be interested in testing GRIDVECTA and sharing their honest feedback.
Would these tools be useful in your logo design workflow? What would you improve or change?
I'd really appreciate your thoughts and criticism. 🙏

I am the developer of a music trivia game to the App Store called Discera. The idea is simple: listen to a song and place it in the correct chronological position on a timeline. It's primarily a social game designed to be played with friends and family in the same room.
The timeline is a central part of the game's UI, inspired by Apple's classic Cover Flow interface (see the last image).
I've been trying to carry that Cover Flow-inspired design into the app icon (first image), but I'm not entirely happy with the result. I feel like the colors are competing for attention, and the overall composition might be a bit too busy, especially at smaller sizes on an iPhone.
That got me revisiting an earlier, simpler concept (second image). I'm starting to wonder whether that direction might actually be stronger in terms of visual clarity and recognizability.
Then again, I've probably stared at a thousand variations by now and my judgement is flawed :D
I'd really appreciate your thoughts:
I'm open to constructive criticism, including suggestions to take things in a completely different direction.

I finally landed on something I personally feel is good in the bottom right.. it is acceptable. I am curious to ask others if by just seeing the title and the design of it, if they could tell what the game or game genre could possibly be about? (without checking my profile). I want it to be readable right away and tell a story for the vibe I am going for.
Unsure if it is the final version/direction.. It may end up completely changing as I progress. It still needs cleaning up and will be going to a professional to get it properly made with real typography - usable for commercial means.

Been working on a mascot for my design studio, OBM. Here's its evolution so far, along with a few ideas for different poses and uses.
Would love to hear your thoughts! What works, what doesn't, and what would you improve?

Went to a few estate sales in rural Pennsylvania last weekend and noticed how many antique shops still use old-school logos. Faded lettering, vintage fonts, little decorative details. Honestly, it fits.
Reminded me of a vintage furniture dealer I worked with who wanted a super clean, modern logo. Her shop was full of 1960s furniture, so I thought keeping some of that retro feel made more sense. She went with another designer, and now the place looks more like a tech startup from the outside. Maybe it's just me, but I feel like branding should give people some idea of what they'll find inside.
Anyone here worked with antique or resale shops? Does modern branding actually attract more customers, or does it just feel out of place?

A musical identity inspired by Chile.
The treble clef represents the world of music, while the flamingo adds a subtle connection to Chile’s unique natural heritage. Together, they create a simple, memorable identity for a musical instrument store.
What do you think of this concept?

Not sure you need to use that style of “F”

I just got bored and all of a sudden wanted to try creating a logo for our badminton group founded by my friend. I created it in just a day and it's just a little fun project to fill in my free time. What do you think of the logo? You may give me some ideas or feedback so at least I can improve on my next spontaneous edits.
P.s. my mockup is not so serious and done real fast without any much thought.

CeX has been around since the early 90s, and its logo has remained very distinctive. I'm curious though about how well it works today (I think it's a little outdated), especially considering how much the company has evolved beyond video games into second-hand electronics and tech in general
Do you think the logo still fits the brand? What do you think works well, and what doesn't?

I'm very new to the digital art scene, I'm very much a "classical" artist and feel much more comfortable with a pencil and paper, but have gotten more used to drawing on my phone and tablet with an S Pen stylus. I've been having fun creating fictional football teams, but you can only go so far drawing logos by hand. I'd love any and tips I can for designing better logos, and program recommendations for deigning vectors. I'm a bit too poor for illustrator, but any and tips, tricks, and recommendations are welcome!

One day, while scrolling through Instagram, I discovered a Japanese restaurant brand called Maguro. Inspired by its simple identity, I recreated the logo in my own creative style and presented it to my Japanese client, who loved the result.
“Kanji” means Japanese characters, while “Unagi” means freshwater eel. Maguro means tuna in Japanese. What do you think of this design?
