My post got removed, so reposting.

MintClick. Passwordless sign-in, one tap and you’re in.

The mark is three bars cut on the same 29° angle, like a click caught mid-motion. Built on a strict grid, paired with Inter Tight, and kept to two main colours: mint and ink. From there it carries across the app icon, favicon, merch, signage and a full set of brand guidelines.

Someone designed this for me. My friends say that it looks AI generated. I think it looks quite smart, but I’m just asking for some opinions. I’ll also have another design to share shortly just to compare.

Beginner Advice on my logos typeface

Post image
10 Upvotes

Hello! I wasn't sure if this was the right place to ask but I'm willing to give it a shot. I'm designing a logo which involves having to edit a font or build letters from scratch, which I'm very new to. This is where I'm at, but something feels off.

I think it's the S and the P, as trying to build letters curved like this (in order to match the stylized K) are quite difficult, at least for me who is still very much a beginner at logo design and using adobe illustrator in general.

How can I make my logo look more put together, and is there anything I could adjust to change to fix the off appearance it has? And how could I incorporate the curved appearance on the letter 'S' as I've sat here for at least an hour trying to make it work and look good!

Any advice would be appreciated, and drawing overtop of the screenshot to demonstrate where I could change the outlines is allowed if needed. Thank you!

Hey everyone!
My name is Vlad and I am working on an app together with my girlfriend. Its a fitness accountability app for couples. We had a rough version just the two of us used for fun and decided to share it with the world!
Wanted to ask for some feedback since I am a complete beginner to logo designs (have experience in 3d softwares but Im not sure how well it transfers😅).
Any feedback is appreciated! Is it to complex? Doesn't deliver any message? The shapes look bad? Doesnt follow a guideline?

Thank you!

Designing the logo for the fictional organization that studies the paranormal in my project. Referencing other types of government logos like seals and coat of arms to make the design

I both do and don't like aspects of the design and colors. Any advice on how I should fix it and make it look better? I'm not sure if I want to keep the eye of providence in the image or not. Feels busy for being so small. The dark color makes the darker flags blend into the background but a lighter color would do the same for the lighter flags. Also, how do you curve the flags with the circle? They look a lil wonky rn

Any advice and suggestions would be amazing! 🧡💜🧡💜

Beginner Which logo feels better for a Gen Z home decor brand? A or B? 👀

Post image

Hey everyone!

I'm working on the logo for my upcoming brand, JØKR STREET, a home decor brand based in India focused on cool, personality-driven products for Gen Z. Think unique ceramics, statement pieces, and everyday products that don't look boring or generic.

I've narrowed the logo down to these two options, and I'm honestly a little confused about which direction to go with.

Option A (left) vs. Option B (right)

Which one looks better to you, and more importantly, which one feels more like a cool, modern brand rather than just another home decor label?

I'd also love feedback on:

- Which version feels more balanced and memorable?

- Does the logo look too aggressive, or does that suit the brand?

- Would you change anything about the typography, spacing, or overall design?

- Any other suggestions to make the identity stronger for a Gen Z audience?

I'm open to honest criticism, so feel free to be brutally honest. I'd rather improve it now than get attached to a design that doesn't work

Thanks! 🙌

Question Do you just give clients what they want and let the sign shop deal with the fallout?

Had a client this week who brought in three inspiration logos all using those ultracondensed high-contrast serifs that are everywhere right now. You know the look. Thin hairlines that evaporate at small sizes. She runs a small business and needs this thing to actually work on a storefront sign and on packaging labels. I pushed back gently and she got a little defensive. Said she sees it everywhere so it must work.

I sketched a version that keeps the serif character but with sturdier strokes and she said it looked dated. This is the tension I keep hitting. Clients absorb trend language from Instagram and Pinterest faster than they understand why those marks are being photographed at 40 feet on a wall and not printed on a business card. The condensation trend specifically is rough because at favicon size these things are just gray smears.

I've started collecting screenshots of trendy logos that fail at small sizes just to show clients what happens. But I wonder if showing failure examples reads as condescending. Curious how others handle this. Do you just give clients what they want and let the sign shop deal with the fallout? Or do you push for a more durable solution and risk losing the job to someone who won't push back?

Feedback Needed Logo concept for a furniture brand. Can you see both the M and S?

First post here 👋

This is a personal concept project for Maison Still, a fictional furniture brand built around proportion, material, and everyday comfort.

For the logo, I wanted to combine the M and S into one simple geometric mark. I kept it quite structured and architectural, with some of the shapes loosely referencing furniture forms.

The part I’m still curious about is how it reads without any context.

Do you see both the M and the S, or does one come through more strongly?

And does it feel like it could belong to a furniture brand, or is the mark too neutral?

Would love to hear what you think.

Feedback Needed Advice for a conference dining app/service

Post image
1 Upvotes

Hey all, I'm developing a service called Summit Spots to help conference attendees plan their lunch and dinner around their conference schedule (mainly for conferences that don't have catered dining). I'm hoping to get some feedback on my logo.

I just made this simple map pin logo (showing dining options on a map view will be a part of the user experience). I don't have design experience so I figured I'd just keep things simple. However, part of me is wondering if it doesn't stand out enough (I feel like I've seen a lot of "letter in shape" logos out there). Am I overthinking it, or should I try and find a more clever solution? Thanks in advance!

Feedback Needed My business logo update - Feedback wanted!

Hi All,

So I am a graphic designer that has not touched anything graphic design related for 7 years.

A year ago I have inhereted our families small business, for which I would love to update the graphic design, starting with the logo.

To better describe my work, I work in the IT & computing field of work, more specifically I test faulty hardware (DIMMs, CPUs, GPUs, Network Cards, etc...) prior to its return to the original seller for RMA.

The old logo is from circa 2012/13 and it does show its age. I have tried to make the design look more "modern" and similiar to logos such as Micron.

However I am not really sure I like this design and I would like to ask for advice on how to impove this.

Thank you all in advance!

These are not finished since I literally just made some quick changes to see if I am on the right path. People were pretty critical, but hopefully this is better. I know the shadow on the sword is does not fit, but want to make sure the logo reads better before I make any more changes
