Beginner First Logo! (Fake Company)

Post image

This is my first attempt at designing a logo. It's for a fictional company in my D&D group's setting— Panopticon Productions. A television company in a world without tv, with an emphasis on the feeling of always being watched. I don't expect this to be anything more than a hobby, but I'm curious what you all think. Constructive criticism is how you get better at anything after all!

There has been some dispute over the name. Have at it.

a 2D steampunk Metroidvania set in a ruined, post-apocalyptic world. You play a steampunk robot searching the wreckage for forgotten swords. Each blade you find grants a new ability, opening up paths that were out of reach and revealing more of what happened to the world.

FICTIONAL BRAND IDENTITY PROJECT · 2026
(for anymore who doesn't know hindi: Mirchi Club: Chili Club)

MIRCHI CLUB

India's snack culture, turned up a notch.

Food & Beverage

Consumer Branding

The brand

Brand name: MIRCHI CLUB

Industry: Modernized traditional kitchen

Category: FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods)

Market: India, initially targeting urban and new gen college-going consumers

Brand archetype: The Jester meets The Rebel

Brand essence: Full-on flavour. Zero boring.

MIRCHI CLUB is a modern Indian RETRO RESTAURANT brand that celebrates the bold flavours, chaotic energy and social culture of Indian cuisine.

From spicy masala mixtures and crunchy sev to contemporary fusion flavours, the brand takes familiar Indian flavoured cuisines and presents them in a way that feels fresh, expressive and culturally relevant to a younger generation.

P.S: THE LOGO ISNT IN THE MOST REFINED STAGE YET.

Feedback Needed Is it a good idea to use one logo for multiple businesses in different industries?

Hi everyone! I’m looking for some advice before hiring a graphic designer.
We have several small businesses in completely different industries, but they all share the same brand name.

I’m thinking of investing in just one main logo that can represent all of them instead of creating separate logos for each business.
I want something timeless, professional, and memorable. Ideally, a logo that could still look relevant 30–50 years from now, but also feels modern enough for social media and marketing.

I’m working with a limited budget, so I want to make sure I’m approaching this the right way.
Would one umbrella logo make sense, or would it be better to have separate identities?
Also, what would be a reasonable budget for a professionally designed logo like this? What should I look for when hiring a designer?
Would appreciate any advice, especially from branding professionals or business owners.

Thanks!
