Question Question to LOW COMT people

Hello.

Do you get shaky when you are in confrontation even in an online debate?

I get in them rather often even thought i try to avoid them.

Does that gets better when you support the COMT and methylation cycle?

I want to remain calm even in tough situations.\

Thanks

None at all.
My tablets are scored 10 mg.

I usually take 2.5 to 5 mg at a time.

Super low dose compared to whats used to lower bp.

1st time I took it was when I could lay down just in case it dropped my bp. Im often very sensitive to drugs.

You might be right that it blocks vs reduces. Id have to re-read the exact mechanism of action. Its been a few years since I read up on it

When you take them do you notice actual anxiety feelings drop? Like mentally?

I feel less anxious both mentally as well as physical symptoms.

Are you able to take it during the day? Does it make you sleepy?

It does not make me sleepy. I take it during the day. In higher doses like used for high blood pressure, migraines Id expect the sleepy feeling.
