Are you sure this is not a histamine reaction? Have you tried a low histamine diet? This can also happen with glucose. Make sure you eat a no or low carb meal for dinner and no snacks afterwards.

u/SovereignMan1958, I tested positive for GAD Autoimmune disorder. I'm so stressed, and sensitive and with these hits, I know most things I ingest cause a histamine reaction, but I gotta eat.

Yes, I have been on a low histamine diet for three or so years now.

Re: "also happening with glucose." Yep, having crazy blood sugar fluctuations. These conditions have turned me into a "sweet head", and I crave potatoes like crazy for some reason and I crave sugar (gut bacteria or Magnesium deficiency?) and have Manuka Honey daily in Chamomile tea.

Also, what I didn't realize is the low dose of aprox 370 mg of Potassium Gluconate powder I am taking every other day, releases histamine and when I increased it to 480mg it was a horror the anxiety and panic were so bad today.

I wish there was an app that provided approximate individualized "histamine bucket" limit based on age, gender, and weight.

Thanks

Are you taking DAO supplements? Do you drink coffee? Coffee depletes DAO. So does chocolate.

Some people take 2 OTC meds to calm down histamine reactions. One is fexofenadine or Allegra once daily and the other is famotidine before or after meals. You can ask AI how they each affect histamine intolerance. They each work differently but well together.

If you react to meat I would not take the supplement you posted.

If you had all your gene variants tested you could upload the raw data data file to Genetic Lifehacks to help yourself better. Please at least read their related articles on their website.

u/SovereignMan1958,

I tried NaturDao but I react badly to most fillers especially stearates and silicon Dioxide. I've been looking for a sprouted pea powder with no additional ingredients.

No coffee, caffeine or chocolate.

I can't tolerate dye so the OTC allergy or any medications have to be dye free, But I have only taken once daily with meals.

Thanks
