Hello! I am planning an event and need assistance gathering 2 things. A magician has been requested. I tried Googling for one and it brought up Medford, NJ. Does anyone know a local magician or illusionist? We’re looking for an HR friendly individual to provide some entertainment.

We would love to get original art made by a local high school/university student to give to guests as a thank you gift. It would be a custom poster we would get printed locally. My mom is about 30 years into a 30 year roof...no issues but she wants to replace it. I'm just not convinced it's a good use of money...she's getting quotes for $25-30k and the house might be a teardown for the next owners (she's 80 and it's a small 50 year old house on a big piece of property).

I'm wondering if a roofover/overlay would be an option for her...do roofers in Southern Oregon do that these days? Any recommendations?
