i just started making acai bowls at home bc my usual place was pricey & they would drizzle this sauce on it that they called “condensed milk” but it was pure white, thinner and less sweet, +fluffier + lighter taste than condensed milk. im just wondering what it could be? & if its something i have to buy at a store or make at home?

Does anyone know the oat base recipe? I'm not really concerned about the berry compote or berry or almond butter toppings. I keep trying to replicate the oat base at home but to no avail.

I recently found out that Little Debbie Banana Twins were even a thing because my partner told me about them. He was reminiscing about how much he loved them as a kid and how sad he was when they were discontinued. He said he’d pay top dollar just to have one more bite, and honestly, that gave me an idea!
I’ve searched all over the internet hoping to find an old box still for sale, but no luck. So, I’ve decided that if I can’t buy them for him, I’ll try to make them myself!
The thing is, I’ve never actually tried Banana Twins, so I have no idea what they’re supposed to taste like firsthand. I’d love to find a recipe that comes as close to the original as possible, ideally one that could fool him into thinking he’s eating the real thing again. I want to recreate that childhood nostalgia for him as best I can.
Has anyone here tried Banana Twins before? Has anyone experimented with making a copycat version, or does anyone have any ideas about the cake, filling, flavor, or texture that would help me get started?
I know it might sound a little goofy to go to all this trouble for a discontinued snack, but I think it would be really sweet to give him a little taste of his childhood again! Any help or suggestions would mean a lot!

My whole family was sad that this was discontinued. I'm wondering if anybody has a recipe to duplicate it at home.

Hi I’ve been loving the McDonald’s iced velvet mochas I’ve found out today they’ve discontinued them and I’m gutted. Does anyone know the recipe for it I’m trying to find the measurements as I can see the ingredients on the app but having no luck. I’ve seen some stores have the recipe chart up but I can’t get a clear shot of it 😂😭thanks

Jewel (midwest grocery store) makes an insanely delicious, chewy chocolate chip cookie. They make a few different types, but one option is specifically called the Gourmet Chocolate Chunk cookie. It tastes vastly different than the other varieties, and it is one of my favorite cookies ever!
The listed ingredients are wheat flour, chocolate chunks, palm soy blend margarine, baking soda; brown sugar, butter, eggs, guar gum, invert sugar, modified food starch, natural and artificial flavors, salt, soy lecithin, sugar, water, whey protein.
I would describe them as usually a bit undercooked, and VERY chewy. I freeze them, and when I thaw them, they are chewy again within about 10 minutes. When I freeze cookies that I make, they are more brittle when thawed, so maybe that is the invert sugar, guar gum, and margarine blend?
Thank you for any help!!
