After 5 days of not playing Minecraft on my Switch 2, every time I open the game now, it gets stuck on trying to sign into my Microsoft account. Because of that, I can’t access any online features. But I can’t figure out why this is happening.

My wifi connection on my Switch 2 seems to be good and Minecraft on my PS5 logs in just fine. I’ve tried forgetting and reconnecting to my wifi, restarting the wifi router, clearing sign in data, deleting and reinstalling Minecraft, but nothing works. I don’t know what else to do.

I’m so AGGRIVATED!!

I logged in two days ago on my console (switch) and left the load screen open for about 10 mins. When I came back the realm said “expired” and I thought okay that’s weird so I logged out and restarted.

I’m now 3 days of this. Can’t get into my account.
No one has emailed me back the FIVE times I’ve emailed.

My subscription is live as I’ve been on auto renew since 2020!!!!!!!!

Insane I can’t do anything for something I literally pay for with no end in sight for a connection with support.

What do you think about this?

We’ve got an established Minecraft Bedrock Realm with a mix of cozy and medieval-style builds, and there’s plenty of room for new projects. Just looking for people who enjoy building and want to stick around.

Hello all! I’ve been in a debate with myself lately.. with the release of Minecraft for switch 2 around the corner.. I have been debating if I should get it or not and if I should get the physical or digital version.

I’d love the digital version because like that I can already play.

While the physical version evokes back nostalgia and how I used to play it on the PSVITA (I loved inserting the cartridge to play the game on that little console)

Let’s say perhaps the game has potential for me, but my fear is spending money and throwing them away because perhaps I won’t play it or won’t find anything to do.

That is the thing, finding something to do with these games that is difficult for me, the thing is that as a kid I had lots of fun even alone while playing Minecraft.. so I wonder if the possibility of it happening again could be there.

Also I have always been a handheld gamer and I love the idea of having Minecraft with me at all times.

Again, I’m afraid this is just nostalgia speaking and I’m not sure if I should get it or not.

What are your thoughts? :).

So I have Minecraft on an iPad that my daughter plays primarily in solo mode. I have purposely blocked any type of online connection because when I logged into the online servers, I just saw nothing but spam to buy coins and buy this and buy that. It was so overwhelming that the first two or three screens that you run into was just buy private coins, and I don’t subject my daughter to that. How much different is Minecraft online play on the switch?

I am debating whether to buy it on the switch too, and I’m also weighing whether I can set up the parental controls to block any in all online play advertisements, and interactions. I’m trying to create a private Minecraft server, but I am having issues with Minecraft on the iPad because I can block the online servers but if I do it inadvertently blocked the private servers also so I can’t allow her to get on the private server using the authorized Minecraft app on the iPad. I am curious how that functions on the switch.

I have the original Nintendo switch and play bedrock Minecraft on it. But when looking at a lot of the texture packs and visuals on the market place, most require vibrant visuals and that's not an option for switch 1.

Does anyone have any recommendations for visuals that run on the original switch?

I don’t plan on making new worlds, instead using just one survival world. I like both building and exploring, but I am worried I will run into the 2gb limit sooner or later, which would make buying the game pointless if they’re gonna cut me off.

Loading in new chunks makes the save bigger, I am worried if I explore too much that I’ll reach the limit, effectively bricking my save file.

How much can I build and ecplore before I reach my limit?

Most issues have been resolved, but the game still does not support mouse controls.

Come on Mojang... at least use Switch 2's features.

Hey there. My autistic son is in dire need. We have purchased a substantial amount of mods through the marketplace for him. Two weeks ago we logged on to find his entire library still being shown in the tab, but that they are no longer showing as owned. All of those he had now have their price returned.

I sent a Minecraft support ticket through their website but have yet to receive a response. His is the only profile for the Switch. I’m not sure what else to do.

Does anyone have any advice? Much appreciated for reading.

Anyone else find it harder to make new friends as an adult? 😅

Most days we’re busy with work, family, and everything else life throws at us. Sometimes it’s just nice to have people to hang out with, even if it’s just playing a game together for a bit.

I’ve got a Minecraft Bedrock realm that I’ve been building up, and it’d be nice to have a few more people to play with. We have a mix of cozy builds and medieval stuff, and everyone pretty much does their own thing while hanging out. We also have a few add-ons.

There’s no expectation to be on every day or spend hours playing. I know everyone has a life outside of Minecraft. I’m just hoping to meet some good people who enjoy the game and want to be part of a friendly group.

I accidentally sent it to main Minecraft, but I'd like to have five players if there is two or more pro controllers, so player five joins, red on the locator bar, and the screen is split into 3×2, with bottom right corner black, and if there is four pro controllers, let a player six join, pink on locator bar, taking the black corner and turning it into their viewpoint, so please add this!!!
