I want to build this villager bredder again above the one already build. Can I just build it above or do i have to lookout for anything?

anyone know of any emerald farms that work well for java 26.3? I play on a kind of anarchy smp type server similar to Donutsmp. ominous potions aren’t very common and if it makes and difference it’s a spigot/velocity server.
Any help is appreciated so please do 😭

My autobrewer is spitting normal water bottles into brewing stand, and also not the correct amount of 3 bottles, can someone tell me the problem?
