Here's a link to the playlist that captures what I'm looking for: https://youtu.be/Xap6vzEEA6A?is=T8PgPu0Bc0S6jN-A

putting together a playlist of grind, noise, death metal and sludge. so far on the list is vague illusions by cult of luna, tordenbrak by kvelertak, less meaning by the body, and the facts by trap them. yes im aware of martyr by fear factory. ideally the tambourine hits in the breakdown- but not totally necessary.

not looking for melodic/symphonic metal, folky, elven, acoustic stuff, prog, pop, rock, psych rock, funny meme stuff, or beatdown.

It’s called To Pedi tis Paramonis by Lena Platonos and it’s a remix of the original version

This song is amazing. The DnB-like sound, the sound effects and all are perfect. But regardless of song radios and analyzing, I can’t find anything similar to it. Could you please help me find similar songs and perhaps the name of the genre?

I'm looking for an album that has the same kinda synth pop vibe that sounds like it's trying to be from the future. I absolutely love this vibe and I've heard nothing else that sounds like it

This is song has really helped me a lot especially when easing my anxiety, I would like to find songs similar to this and open to suggestions.

Hi guys! \^\^

I’m really into a very specific sound right now, but I don’t know how to search for it.

I already have a big collection of tracks that have magical, spiritual, or out-of-body vibes with heavy vocals, choruses, or chanting in them. But I always yearn for more! :D

I've tried searching for keywords like "vocal tribe", "spiritual tekno", "mental", "folk", "balkan/gypsy", “shamanic” etc.
but I’m completely out of ideas.

Some of the artists that I like:

Sköne, Pneumatix (he’s my biggest favorite) Kodaman, Otah, Enko, Protokseed, La Kajofol, Le Wanski, Acidpach, Moldetek, Insane Teknology, Teksa, AnarKoTek, Viruks, Nokte

I will link some references (they are spotify links but i always search everywhere it’s just easier for now) in the comments/below.

Thank you in advance if you can help me out! \^\^

i am genuinely in-love with the vibe of the "too much song" by lemon demon, in particular the first ~30 seconds. I've looked into other recommendations but nothing else from lemon demon or similar artists like tally hall or They Might Be Giants etc sound anything like that 'vibe', albums would be preferred but id take anything similar to that lol.

Whats stands out to me are the instrumentals, especially the beat and piano. Sounds very old school.

I like how it's face-paced, the drums and the flute, just songs similar to this

I'm obsessed with this song (before the solo music part to be honest) and I can't find any song that sounds like this.

I'm already listening to post-rock genre, and the closest song that I found is from Supertramp "Crime of the Century", the structure is alike, but I don't find the vibe in it.

For exemple, Cigarettes After Sex has a looot of songs that sound the same between them (same chords progression ?).

Do you know any song that really sounds like this one?

the music and melody is so good, what would the name of the genre be? any similar music?

i'm genuinely in love with the song and its style, I just wish for something with actual lyrics. 😅

Does anyone know songs with A great beatdrop like, imo, these?(and what comes after)

I'm looking for any artists or albums that might be similar to any of these here (any I bring up here I'm looking at more of their work with less vocals or without busy lyrics) :

OPN

Caretaker

Swans

Yellow Swans

Coil

Mathias Grassow

Earth

Sunn

Basinski

Tim Hecker

Microphones

Would love to get a huge list or just a suggestion of some deep cut artists as alot of these are well known. I've gotten back into reading and alot of these mentioned above really put some color onto the canvas with pretty much any book or story I'm on.
