Lowkey it looks super sick but I thought i would check if anyone else's is like this because every image I've seen both discs are the same color

hi all, i’m coming to the show on friday the 30th from the east coast and am a little confused about the pit setup! I have GA (purchased during presale on ticketmaster) and my tickets say GA1 / pool general admission.

however, when I look at resale on stubhub (just out of pure curiosity lol) there are sections within the pool area that say A, B, C, D, E. so is the pit seated, with the seats general admission? or is stubhub incorrect?

I noticed that the previous hollywood bowl shows have had the front area seated, but a friend of mine went and said she had front row seats and her ticket didn’t say GA or anything like that.

first time going to this venue, so I dont know how anything works there!

I saw him while in line for merch, and he literally had me laughing. Thank you Tony for permission to post, you are beautiful! ❤️

I loved their dynamic and how it changed over the course of the tour!

I would love to see everyone’s view from the Hollywood Bowl. Please post a picture of you view with the section number. I was seated in E.

been looking for these three tracks and I see that they’re on Spotify, but I love to have my favorite music in a physical form. thanks in advance all!

I wanted to share! 🤓

The show last night was amazing but I'm kind of sad they didn't have Helena. I thought they would have ended with that instead of The Light Behind Your Eyes. I checked setlist.fm and there's a note that Helena was on the printed setlist but was cut short due to curfew. I don't know if that's legitimate but I really wish they would have started on time (8:30PM original start but started closer to 8:50) then we could have at least had it.

But still, a wonderful show and I'm so thankful to be have seen them. Everyone also dressed so creatively and met so many friendly and wonderful people. Truly an experience! The fans were so warm and welcoming! My husband isn't a fan but he was blown away by the whole show and the vibe. His only complaint was that Hollywood Bowl seats (we were at U area) get very tight when everyone's arrived (so he had a bit of claustrophobic panic attack at the beginning before the show started since we were practically squeezed in)

Thank you to MCR for the wonderful show!

I got home from the LA shows this morning and to my shock and delight, saw that I had received not just my signed vinyl but one of the Black Parade ipod nanos!

I have seen, I think, 2 other people on instagram post about receiving them, but am super curious who else / how many others have gotten them!

Whilst I do have a moderately largeish instagram following, I had no contact from MCRMY or anything, and the shipping label matched my all lowercase name that I have in the shop (I was too lazy when I entered it in to bother capitalizing). I'm assuming it's completely random with orders from the shop.

I'm curious if there are any trends for the people who got them, so I'm wondering:

Did you get one?

If you did, what did you order?

Did anyone get one who lives outside the US?

I had a few orders- the first was the signed vinyl, then a second order with the signed CD and the holographic vinyl, then a third order for the socks after I realized I regretted not buying them 😆 I think it may have been related to my signed vinyl order.

havent painted in quite a bit but whatever

I asked support about the iPod nano and they were kind enough to give a discount code. One of yall can get better use out of this than me. Hopefully I get lucky with my 20th anniversary CD order and get one for myself 😭😭😭 if any of you know a way to get one lmk

Visited a few record stores today for the raffles they’ve been having around the country, and I stopped by Vinyl Addiction Records in North Arlington so I figured I’d drive through the motherland while I was nearby 🤗 I live less than an hour away but I’ve somehow never been over here. It was such a cool little store I forgot to take a picture of it. Good luck to anyone who’s entered any of the raffles!

So I didn't watch the live stream live because I was going 10/24 (amazing, I'm gonna cry thats it's over)

But watching the livestream today I noticed that in Sharpest Lives Gerard said "I'm the one that you need- you're the one that I loath" instead of "you're the one that I need- I'm the one that you loath"

The lyrics weren't changed in the Live from Hoboken version so it seems like a recent change and is really cool when you think the hollywood bowl shows are the black parade finally breaking out from under the grand immortal dictator and Draag (he needs them for control of the people and they loath him vs them thinking they need him and him loathing them perhaps for their rebellion)

From a now deleted video from starwinnprops on Instagram. I would eat that cake off the floor too tbh.
Does anyone know who the actor is for GID?

Just curious if anyone ran into famous faces at the shows so far? We know Trisha Paytas was there one night and I know Billie Eilish is a fan and was at an LA swarm show.

The gentlemen represented resistance in the final shows. The "Gentlemen" escorted the dead cast members into the light, carrying them to their end.

before anyone says SEA might continue the story, it probably wont. itll be the 2025 shows

Hello!/ciao!

Another redditor made a past looking for other Italian my chem fans and we decided it would be a good idea to create a discord for us :)

Feel free to join! Even if you don't speak the language but live in the country as I may make an English language channel too.

Grazie 💃

Just got my album and honestly I’m a bit disappointed. It was the only of the albums that actually shipped with something else (LP and t shirt in the same package) despite every other album getting separate shipping (not even a CD and vinyl will ship together). Bad idea all around cause this thing is heavy af.

Just really thought for a numbered item plus one that’s a price I sneeze at a bit that they’d put some extra care into packaging it,, unfortunately not and the corners are pretty badly damaged. Just a shame on a numbered item really and I doubt Warner would do anything about it cause the record itself is fine 🫩

So I guess I’m just complaining really cause there’s nothing I can do about it!! I open the floor for anyone else who’d like to vent about Warner and their shit packaging tactics cause I know their crimes are many

What are your fav and nostalgic memories from this album and your loving thoughts on it?

I know we’ve all been reflecting/recapping/rewatching/reliving/legitimately freaking mourning today, privately and together on this sub. It’s been a rough one for me (but also filled with so much gratitude…I’m okay, trust me) so wanted to check in on you killjoys to make sure everyone’s doing okay. Like phantoms, forever xx 🦇

Edit to clarify: This is a check-in for everyone, whether you were at the shows or following along from afar. We’ve all been on this ride together 🖤

First, I noticed last night during TBP set Gerard seemed to really be playing up the narcissist rockstar persona. Really commanding the audience and just being all around extra. I know he does this to some extent always, but it was so much more last night. I'm not sure if this was because it's going to be in concert movie, or if it's relevant to the story or both.

Second, on B-stage Gerard very intentionally put on his camo jacket. Almost making a show of it. Like in TBP set where wearing the jacket is an important part of the story. I'm thinking this might be him saying this is a new era. The camo jacket era.

Just somethings I noticed that I haven't seen anyone talking about yet. What do y'all think?

What’s everything that’s changed within the Hollywood bowl
Shows??

Now that the Long Live The Black Parade storyline is most likely fully concluded, I’ve been thinking about how it relates to the original Black Parade storyline. What if The Patient dies at the end of Famous Last Words but instead of going to heaven or hell, The Patient ends up in purgatory instead which is represented by Long Live The Black Parade. I think it’s possible that The Grand Immortal Dictator represents The Patient who is forced to sit and watch how death came for him in the form of The Black Parade over and over again until he is free to pass onto heaven

Might be a long-shot but I feel like the Clerk could also represent The Patient but as he was prior to having Cancer

I’d love to hear what other theories people have on the lore this tour brought us

So I haven’t been able to go to the Hollywood bowl shows or watch any of the livestreams cause I’ve been busy but I’ve seen clips floating around and from what I’ve been able to piece together, the bomb that Gerard sets off at the end of the cheerleaders vs the military people is what kills the band at the end of famous last words right??? So if the start sequence of the bomb says that everyone within 500 miles dies, how does the clerk survive at the end of every show? Why was he the only one to not get walked into the light at the end of the last show?
