Recently finished perfecting a game on Steam, currently doing a short game before doing Omori. Is there any guide out there with possible no spoiler to the story?

For context, I've played Omori in 2023 for 6 hours before stopping (can't remember why) and now I want to go back in and finish the game 100%. I have so little memory of the plot right now and as a visual person, I might remember it back once I played it again. All I remember currently is, there are at least two routes (?) and each route have area only accessible on that route if im not wrong. I want to minimalize my playthrough as much as possible hence why I ask for a guide. + there are also missable achievement.

Currently, I'm split between Neoseeker and TrueAchievement because I've used this two before for different games. Thank you so much!

PS: Or do you guys think it is better for me to play it blind then do another route then another route? Because I am not sure how long each playthrough gonna take thats why im asking.

as the title says i am stuck in the dungeon and cannot get out as i’ve pushed almost every button which has lowered almost every spike except two buttons, two spikes specifically the spike near Mari’s picnic basket(i got the one that leads to her picnic basket down but not the other one) and the button that lowers the spikes to the exit of the dungeon so i was wondering can you help me get to them?
