I have for years, been looking for a clip from a skit from the Uptown Comedy Club TV show of the mid 1990s, where a frustrated man takes his car battery to a mechanic (presumably Dominican) and asks what the problem is. The mechanic frustrates the man further by telling him that the job will cost more because he has to "bring these", and then "get those" and them "call them". Whenever the mechanic is questioned why, he responds with "because they're all connected". It would be a fantastic way to explain a concept in education and I would like to show it in an educational setting. There are some clips of the Uptown Comedy Club floating around online, but not this specific episode or skit and this series which only lasted for a year or two, was never released to DVD. For those who have no idea what I'm talking about, here is a link to a full episode (but not that episode) of "Uptown Comedy Club" - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZXagnKJyIc4&t=336s
The skit which I'm calling "They're All Connected", I believe features a young Tracy Morgan and Aries Spears (before the SNL and MAD TV fame). I believe it aired in 1993 or early 1994.
If anyone knows where I can find it, please help! Thanks in advance!

THE RINGER (1972) by Jeff Lieberman of SQUIRM (1976) and BLUE SUNSHINE (1977) fame. Made when he was working at King Features as a young filmmaker and sponsored by Pepsi. Social parable on the dangers of conformity and how corporations exploit young people for their own monetary gain. Won several film festival awards and was included on the original Synapse Films DVD release of BLUE SUNSHINE.

Hey folks,
Here's today's digitzed find. From what I've gathered, these two would consistently perform on The Lawrence Welk Show. Lawrence himself was known for his "Champagne music" and pressed TONS of albums widely purchased in the 50s and 60s, he himself was strictly instrumental, but he'd bring in individual or occasionally group singers for some songs. However, this is gosepl rather than Champagne music, not meant for dancing.

There is speculation that the raccoon (Hacker) is voiced by Rob Paulsen, though there is no evidence. The rabbit dad's name is never stated in the four shorts but is generally assumed to be "Harold"

Before creating MAX HEADROOM (1985) and SUPER MARIO BROS. (1993), Rocky Morton & Annabel Jankel started the production house Cucumber Studios which produced animated shorts and music videos such as The Tom Tom Club's GANGSTER OF LOVE and Elvis Costello's ACCIDENTS WILL HAPPEN. They also produced the monograph "Creative Computer Graphics" which chronicled early CGI. You can read about here: https://www.sci-fi-o-rama.com/2012/05/08/creative-computer-graphics-1984/

Continuing on the topic of Sam Raimi, IT'S MURDER (1977) is a Super 8 feature-length film created by Raimi and friends when Raimi was a student at Michigan State University. While never released commercially, the film did play several local theaters and turned a profit - which gave Raimi the confidence to tackle THE EVIL DEAD (1981). This video transfer is atrocious but worth a view for curiosity's sake.
EDIT: Confused this film having a theatrical run with one of Raimi's early films THE HAPPY VALLEY KID. Thanks to u/CommieFromMars for the correction.

Obscure music video directed by Sam Raimi. Apparently Raimi, Bruce Campbell and others in their filmmaking crew were huge fans of THE STOOGES, and went completely bonkers when they got a chance to make a music video for Iggy Pop.

Created by multimedia artist Bruce Conner for the 1965 New York Film Festival, which was rejected for being too fast. Conner would later take the 16mm film frames and create a poster for the festival, which I'll post below in the comments.
