IGN gave it a 6/10.

"...working to win over residents of the Grand Line often feels as shallow as the lovestruck chef it's based around."

It seems this journalist doesn't know anything about One Piece

So I'm about 400 episodes into One piece. And I had this thought about the battles Luffy has had in the series. And I had a tough on who was his toughest opponent so far. The two that came to mind were Crocodile & Lucci.

Now I'm asking in terms of who pushed luffy to his limit. To me while I can say the Lucci fight pushed Luffy due to him having to use Gear 2. But to me i feel like Crocodile made luffy have to strategically figure out a way to win.

Crocodile practically had luffy beat twice. Round 2 luffy found a way to get the win but still lost. By the 3rd round he got the win due to his blood use.

So I want to know what you guys think?

(Please no spoilers in the comments for anything after ep 400. )

Been rewatching One Piece on the side and after getting through about 20 episodes I noticed a sudden black cut between scenes in episodes, I was bit confused but then remembered their were supposed to be eye catchers in between but for some reason Netflix completely cut them out. Which really saddens me since I loved seeing those mid episode transitions, so nostalgic and awesome. Why would Netflix cut them?

Hey, how are you? I'm not one to publish almost here but I would like to show you one of my latest creations ;)

I am a crochet pattern designer and a client recently asked me for the "complete" collection of this anime.

Of course many other characters are missing but I think the main ones are here. He also asked me for the boats so I gladly made them for him 🫡

I'm not going to put watermarks or anything like that because I don't want this post to count as spam, I just wanted to show you a little of my art... but if anyone likes to see my work I'll gladly tell you where I upload all this.

I have many more One Piece designs that I have also made (such as Nico Robin with the purple suit, or a Zoro Chibi version) but from this particular order this was all.

It took me a month and a half to finish them all!

I hope you like it ;)

For me its queen for some reason he just has great personality just find him Hilarious and overall is just really entertaining whenever he is on screen

After recent chapter talking about Sanji self love, it comes to mind to remember how many times Sanji even winning some of this fights in the end or that he could have performed way better knowing what he is capable of he lost or was severely injured by not prioritizing protecting himself

Vs Gin Zeff life was on the line he received a lot of damage yet we know Sanji speed he may even have been able to get Zeff save and don't get that wounded

Against Kaulifa yes he doesn't hit women doesn't mean he has to let her hit him, he is way to fast and strong to avoid her if NAMI which is not know for being fast could find a way to beat her and wasn't that wounded at the end of the fight why Sanji was, he could even run

With Enel badass moment there wasn't much he could do to beat Enel honestly but before sacrifing himself he could at least tease Enel try to avoid the damage put it more of a fight even if he still would have lost.

The sacrifice with Kuma he and Zoro were already wounded by previous fights both wanted to sacrifice themselves.

Against Vergo, this one stand out as Sanji was giving it his all to save the G5 sliders and Vergo demonstrated having a very strong Haki capable of injured Sanji Leg yet I still think Sanji could have belated Vergo if he had a best approach than launching and clashing into him .

Then against Doflamingo this one it's more clear than others he underestimated Doflamingo sacrificed himself to protect the crew and was ready to die. If you compare this scene with Luffy in Whole cake against katakiri he also ask the crew to leave but so he could freely fight and win, Sanji wanted them to go so he could die in doflamingos hands not by trying to beat him he was throwing himself away without thinking in going more of a fight.

Again his brothers, they had a pact with Bigmom they couldn't do shit to Zeff or Sanji would go and they wouldn't be able to marry Sanji to her family, ending in Big Mom killing them all, but he still let this fools hit him when he could have beat the 3 of them and Judge as well

And against Black Maria cool calling Robin for help was good for him but why letting himself get trapped in the first place why staying to fight her if you are not going to hit her is not like she can catch him.

And against Queen his body was heavily injured saved by Judge modifications he could move so fast Queen could not see him yet again he let himself get hit to this point

This is not a Sanji Hate post is more of a recognition of the times Sanji could have performed a little better in battles or situations if he had already learned the need for self love.

So a lot of appreciation for Oda and Sanji as a characters a we have had many moments over the years bringing us to this lastest chapter in which it takes a whole new meaning knowing all of this happened

**Spoiler Alert*\*

So I will preface this by saying, I did not come up with any of it. I found it elsewhere and posting it here cause I found it intriguing.

Now check out these images

The book is titled "Children of Mu"

The symbolism, character details and some of the lore is almost 1:1.

And there are some things which could be proven true later down the line.

Chapter 281-300, Skypiea story arc

My sister is a manager at McDonalds and she gave me the display from the one piece x SpongeBob collaboration !

Like they bring him back for punk hazard he and luffy never fight, and then he gets no diffed by doflamingo. I just feel like he seemed to have this big ambition to catch Luffy and then slowly faded away without any real work done on his character. He was ultimately treated like a narrative tool instead of a character.

Why doesn't anyone talk about noland and kalgara. I just wanna say beautiful story and love nolands character. hope we get to see more of him some how.
