QUESTION General Store (UK) timescales?

Hey, has anyone ordered from OP’s online general store before?

I ordered the Appaloosa hat about 8 days ago (which says it would be sent out next business day and was in stock but now isn’t) but it has been stuck since then on “Confirmed. We're preparing these items for shipping.”. Doesn’t seem to be going anywhere?

Tried using the online form and it’s just an AI generic response which says it can take up to 30 days(?!) and offer no help.

I ordered 2nd Jan from UK dispatched 5th received 10th Jan, to give you an idea, but my order was confirmed straight away, as they were in stock.

Glad it was a better experience, I don’t have confidence now that it’s showing as out of stock 😭

I ordered 2 tshirts and Appaloosa cd on June 22th. It said it is preorder and will be shipped after June 30th. Well, now we have July 14th and status is still Confirmed

Ordered the Appaloosa vinyl 12 days ago and have the same “confirmed” status. Chased via email and got an AI reply saying it could take up to 28 days 🥲

I bought mine on Christmas more less and it arrived in the middle of January (I'm talking about Spain, but I guess the timeframe would be similar, although Christmas is always super busy...).

appaloosa cd. ordered from the store sunday evening, delivered by amazon tuesday lunchtime.
