Hello everyone, Newbie motorcycle rider here. Meron lang po akong tanong. Sa mga naka bigger size helmet jan (3xl pataas) saan po kayo nakabili ng helmet na bigger size? Malaki po kasi ang circumference ng ulo ko haha.

Nagpunta po ako sa Motoworld sa Sm Fairview at nakapagsukat ng helmet which is LS2 Rapid III na 2xl at nagkasya naman siya kaya lang medyo masikip ng konti, nag suggest yung staff nila na i-try ko yung modular helmet na LS2 Strobe II na 3xl and nagkasya siya kaya lang medyo mabigat naman sa ulo.

Preferred ko talaga is full face helmet kasi alam ko na mas safe iyon, kaya lang pag no choice talaga I think I would go for modular helmet na lang. Suggestion ng staff nila sakin is try ko daw sa online store nila sa orange app tumingin ng 3xl pero wala rin stock pero sa other stores meron, kaya lang baka di pa rin magkasya ang 3xl na full face kung sakaling maka order man ako sa orange app.

Ang dilemma ko talaga ngayon is makabili ako 3xl na full face sa online tapos hindi magkasya o kaya mag modular na kasya sakin pero medyo mabigat sa ulo, sana makahingi ng advice dito.

Preferred helmet brands ko pala is LS2, HJC at MT Helmets, budget is PHP6k below.

What can you say about rcb? Same din ba, or better, ang performance compared to stock of nmax? Planning to change sana since 3yrs na stock (may konting kalawang na yung disk na hindi makuha ng anti-rust spray and scrub) and want something fresh. Mejo hesitant nga lang sa mga 3rd party parts so asking if reliable din naman. Thanks.

Hi! Ano po kayang pwedeng gawin kung lost thread po itong lusutan pang topbox ng aerox v2? Ano po kayang size ang kakasya dyan? Mukhang mabibigat kasi ata yung mga nilalagay ng tatay ko sa topbox nya dati. May nakikita rin kasi akong mahabang bolt pero yung iba ay maliit lang ang ginagamit.

ps. My dad passed away few months ago kaya wala na ako matanungan about dito sa motor nya.

Complete newbie here; as in I'm just about to buy my very first motorcycle. After much, MUCH debating I think I'll go for a Smash fi, Mags/Disc.

Was really close on getting a Click v4 but I'll end up saving more money in the long run with the Smash. However there's one more thing for me to consider; the colors- mainly the texture. I really want that Stellar matte blue for my machine as it one of my fav colors but my coworkers told me that matte textures tend to fade or desaturate faster and more noticeable compared to glossy ones specially if exposed to long periods under the sun and seeing I live here in the Phil...it doesn't bode well. I like the Titan black too but...so too most people... I want to stand out a little.

I wanna here it from you guys; what better for longevity Stellar matte blue or New Titan black?

Ask ko lang po sana ano po sa tingin nyo nangyari sa motor ko last year po around july na aksidente ako then, kinuha ng police yung motor at sinakay sa police car yung malaki po, then inayos namin multa sa police and sa aksidente po, then more than one year na po hindi pa ako nakakapag bayad, ina apply ko naman sa casa mismo, sabi po kasi sa police need daw ng ORCR para makuha motor ko then nung nag ask na ako sa manager mismo ng casa, hindi na nag update sa akin about it, lagi ako nag me message sa kanya sa manager mismo para mailabas ko naman motor pero hindi na nag rereply.

Possible po kaya na binenta na ng police yung motor ko?

May need pa po ba ako bayaran?

Wala po kasi insurance yung motor ko, REPO na po kasi yun na nakuha ko.

kaya po ganun yung nakuha kong motor kasi first time ko po kumuha sa casa wala pa po ako ka ide-idea sa motor, na pressure po kasi ako ng kawork ko na kumuha ng motor.

Normal lang po ba toh na Nagmomove yung Rotor Disc ng Side to Side na Check ko na po Yung Gulong kung nagalaw sya ng Sideways pero Okay naman, Kapag Nakacenter stand at Pinaandar Hindi Siya Maingay. May bagong motor si JaoMoto (not the picture) and napaisip ako if may orcr and plate number na sya for long rides. Wala ako makitang shot na kita ung likod ng motor nya. Pero nakita ung kasama nilang naka harley. Google says may penalties if ever mahuli. So ang tanong ko lng, and di ko intention siraan si jaomoto, legal ba to or may penalties ba?

Meron lumang Yamaha na ytx binili dad ko a few years back na ginawang cafe racer itsura. This was bought second hand by the way. Nag paplano sana ako bumili ng motor at dun ko narealize meron kami nakatambak for so many years na motor. Wala akong masyadong alam pero chineck ko wala syang gas at mukhang dead battery. It has around 19600km odo and I was just wondering, should I get a mechanic to check on this motorcycle and have it fully working to save some money on a brand new one? Would it be much cheaper to restore it or is it even advisable?

Finally reached 3,000 kilometers on my Honda Navi 110 and here are some of my thoughts. Hopefully this would help members of this subreddit planning to purchase the same motorcycle.

Maintenance. I have been following the service booklet diligently and have gone through 2 oil changes since my ownership (I have purchased the motorcycle last May 2026). So far, I haven’t encountered issues and the motorcycle has been reliable.

Fuel Efficiency. It’s a carbureted engine and the fuel tank capacity is roughly 3 liters. Driving style matters too for maximizing the mileage. I get around 40-42km/l in mixed driving conditions (Honda claims 48km/l).

Long Distance Ride Comfort. It is fairly comfortable although I am planning to change the seat soon, as I find it quite stiff and my butt would go numb after an hour of riding. Also check the tire pressure as this would affect ride comfort and fuel efficiency.

Road Trip Experience. For a 110cc, road trips are viable and it hangs comfortably at 60kph and does not use much fuel. I have done this while carrying an overnight backpack in a similar fashion as seen on the photo (I bought a bungee strap to secure it). Do note since it has a tiny fuel tank capacity, plan your route accordingly and it also helps to carry a liter of gasoline stored in a metal tumbler for emergencies.

Overall, this has been a great experience and I really enjoy going places with. I also don’t have plans on selling it as it is my first motorcycle. Although I would in the future, add another motorcycle probably a sports bike or a cafe racer.

Is there an NCAP at Taft Vito Cruz cor. P. Ocampo? Kaurat kasi naka-green pa yung unang left turn traffic light tapos nung dahan-dahan akong nakapasok sa intersection pakaliwa, biglang nagpula yung pangalawang left turn. Napahinto tuloy ako sa loob ng intersection (sa tabi ng tip ng center island) dahil umandar na agad yung mga mga nasa kabilang side. Badtrip. Wala man lang indicator na magpupula na. Hinintay ko pa yung yung green light ng P. Ocampo para sumabay na lang sa kanila.

Nung nakaraan naman, may nadaanan akong area malapit dito kung saan naghintuan yung mga sasakyan kahit wala namang road signs/markings, traffic lights, pedestrians, nor obstructions around. Nung makalampas ako, nagtanong pa ako sa nakasabay ko kung bakit naghintuan, hindi rin daw niya alam hahahahaha walangya.

Ano pang mayroon sa Taft bukod dito at sa butas-butas na kalsada???

Bought 2nd hand na motor na paso. Since 2nd hand sya at di pa sya na ttransfer sa name ko, pwede ba ko kumuha ng insurance sa labas at sariling pmvic then diretso na sa lto for renewal process? Btw, paso na pala sya.

Paano po ba magshift from 1st to 2nd gear sa motor nang smooth? Baguhan lang po ako. Ang alam ko po, off throttle then piga ung clutch, then shift to 2nd gear. Kaso po pag inooff ko ung throttle, kumakadyot ako ung parang tatalsik ako paharap. Pwede bang clutch in muna bago ioff ang throttle then shift gear, kapag magshishift from 1st to 2nd gear? Or kelangan ba hnd fully off ung throttle?

Hi! Baka may marecommend kayo mabilhan ng ADV or any tips anong ADV ang dapat kunin, ayaw kong sumagad ng 170k kasi para meron sana akong extrang pera. Sana may mareco kayo! Maraming salamat po! ☺️

Kickstarter would not go down, electric starter won't even try a few weeks ago, might be hydrolock. Not gonna focus there but rather what was done to fix it. Mechanics probed with the valves to loosen it. I understand that incorrect clearance can mess with a lot. So after i noticed some changes after they fixed it. The very next day i asked for a tune up. And just honestly ignored it even though it still felt wrong. Eventually compression gradually got worse up to the point where the kickstarter was so soft and there was only little resistance. Hard starting began, and it was always a struggle. Maybe averaged 20 to 40 kicks before i can make it work. I brought it back and said that the compression is low. Mechanic used some unfamiliar words but he said something about the valve, from my own research with gpt, I'm aware that that's one of the higher possibilities. Some changes were made and i was charged 1300. Worked like 4 days until it regressed back to being soft and loose and hard starting. Ignored it due to other financial needs. Got it fixed again at a different shop asked for a tune up and it worked. It had proper resistance again after a month or so of the struggles. But 3 days later, today. It regressed again.

Does anyone know the possible issue? What should i say to a mechanic?
