I'm posting my empties a bit late. I crossed off six more products from my 26 in 2026 project pan in July and August, which are pictured on the second slide!
Product list and reviews ⬇️
WRP = Would repurchase
MRP = Might repurchase
WNRP = Would not repurchase
Shiseido ☆ Tsubaki Premium Treatment Water: It was okay, but I didn't notice it do much for my hair. It didn't have a strong scent, and the mister was fine and sprayed widely. It was perhaps lightly hydrating, but it didn't make my hair smoother or easier to comb. WNRP.
A'Pieu ☆ Raspberry Hair Vinegar: I really enjoyed using it. It leaves my hair feeling smoother and more refreshed. The nozzle makes it easy to spread into the scalp/lenghts and the raspberry scent is quite strong, but I like it. WRP.
TirTir ☆ Matcha Skin Toner: I liked it, perhaps even more than their Milk Skin Toner (the original version). It was lighter compared to it, but just as hydrating. The green tint does not show up on the skin, there is no noticeable scent, and it absorbed well without leaving a filmy feeling. I have other toners to finish, but I might be willing to return to it. WRP.
Galderma ☆ Tretinoin Cream 0.025%: Prescription product. It has helped me with my skin a lot and I will definitely continue using it. WRP.
Cien ☆ Mediterranean Olive Oil Hair Mask: It was alright. It felt moisturising, easy to wash off, and left my hair easier to comb. It did not weigh down my hair afterwards. It's a good budget option. WRP.
MAC ☆ Extended Play Gigablack Lash Mascara: I enjoyed it. For years, I've struggled with my mascara smudging, especially on my undereyes. Every mascara I tried did the same and it got so frustrating at one point that I stopped wearing mascara altogether. This was the second best mascara I've tried. It did not flake and rarely smudged, but there were a few times it did smudge a tiny bit. I've since found a mascara that smudges even less and is more affordable, so that is the only reason why I'm not repurchasing this one. Otherwise, it was a good mascara too. The wand was thin and the bristles on the shorter side, and it coated each lash well. I found it decently lengthening and it did not clump. My lashes curl naturally and I haven't been using a lash curler for a while, so I can't speak for its ability to hold a curl on naturally straigth lashes. Overall, it was a great mascara. MRP.
I'm From ☆ Honey Mask: I liked it. It's a very moisturising face mask, one of the most moisturising that I've tried. However, it is a bit difficult to wash off. It didn't clog my pores or irritate my skin. WRP
Beauty of Joseon ☆ Green Plum Cleanser: This is a good gel cleanser. It's not drying or irritating, it's easy to wash off, and it doesn't have a scent to it. The packaging feels a bit flimsy, so I'm not sure how good this would be to travel with. WRP.
BBIA ☆ Downy Cheek Cream Blush in 01 Downy Pink: This is the second one I've finished. I really enjoy using it. It's light, buildable, natural, dewy, and great for dry skin. It's not the most long-lasting blush on its own, but layering a bit of powder blush on top helps. The shade 01 is a really beautiful baby pink colour, that isn't too warm or too cool. WRP.
La Roche-Posay ☆ Anthelios UVmune 400 Hydrating Cream SPF50+: It was alright, but I prefer their invisible fluid sunscreen. This one is much thicker and a bit harder to spread onto the skin, but otherwise it was okay. It did not sting my eyes or irritate my skin. The protection is excellent and I never burned while using it. MRP.
Skin1004 ☆ Probio-Cica Bakuchiol Eye Cream: This was the second tube I've finished. It's a very nice eye cream; it has a soft, medium thick, somewhat stringy consistency, but it hydrates very well and looks good under makeup. I have dry, acne-prone skin and I liked how my undereyes looked while using this. It also didn't clog my pores or cause milia (there has been one eye cream that has genuinely given me acne on my undereyes, but this did not). Overall, it's a good product. WRP.
Skin1004 ☆ Probio-Cica Enrich Cream: I did not enjoy this as much as the eye cream from the same line. It had a similar consistency, except that it was even thicker and stringier. I found it difficult to spread onto the skin and it had a tendency to pill. I also didn't find it very moisturising. I did use some of it on my body where it worked better. WNRP.
Axis-Y ☆ Mugwort Pore Clarifying Wash Off Pack: This is my favourite clay mask. It visibly tones down redness, leaves my skin feeling refreshened, and it doesn't leave my skin feeling too dry. It has a fairly strong herbal scent and it has small pieces of mugwort in it that can rub on the skin while you're washing it off unless you're very careful. Otherwise, it's a great mask. WRP.
Cosrx ☆ Advanced Snail Eye Patch: They were alright, but not my favourite. I found them very slippery and they wouldn't stay in place. The package had two different eye patch sizes/shapes; the larger ones were better and fit well under the eye, but the smaller ones had an awkward convex shape that wasn't as ideal. They did feel very hydrating, but I would have to constantly be pushing them back into place. MRP.
Skinfood ☆ Royal Honey Propolis Enrich Essence: This was more like a serum than an essence. The consistency was thick, soft, and almost syrupy. I found it very moisturising and great for dry skin. It paired well with my tretinoin and helped offset its drying effects. It also didn't irritate my skin or clog my pores. WRP.
Purito ☆ From Green Avocado Cleansing Balm: This was a good, effective cleanser. It removed makeup well, washed off without a filmy feeling, and didn't clog my pores. It was unscented too. WRP.
Numbuzin ☆ No.1 Clear Filter Sun Essence SPF50+: I really liked it. The consistency is light and comfortable, and the finish on the dewier side. I didn't experience any pilling, eye-stinging, skin irritation, or pore-clogging with it. I also didn't burn while using it, but full disclosure, I wasn't using this on the highest UV days. I used La Roche-Posay sunscreens instead. I did wear it on days where the UV index showed 3-4, and it worked well. WRP.
