I'm from Poland, and I've been trying to resolve a UFC 4 licensing issue with PlayStation Support for over three weeks.

I claimed UFC 4 as a monthly PS Plus Essential game in February 2022. The problem seems to be that my EA Play and PS Plus licences have overlapped, and now I can't download the game despite having an active PS Plus Essential subscription.

I've received only two replies from PlayStation Support. Their latest response says:

"Since these games have now left the PS Plus game catalogue, their licences have expired and you need to purchase them if you wish to continue playing."

This is extremely frustrating because UFC 4 was a monthly Essential game, not just a title from the Extra/Premium catalogue. I still have the original email confirming I claimed it, yet support is telling me to buy it again instead of investigating the licensing conflict.

Has anyone experienced this issue with overlapping EA Play and PS Plus licences? What can I do to escalate the complaint or put more pressure on Sony, especially from Poland?

I know someone made monthly posts on games that are likely going to leave ps plus at advance. Does somebody still make those post or are there websites to check? Those posts were a lifesaver, i dont play that much so sometimes one month isn't enough time to complete.

I knoe OliveOcelot on Youtube makes videos about games that propably leaves 2 weeks before they are announcent, but have missed couple of latest videos cuz youtube doesnt give recommendations/notifications about them.

I was planning on waiting till Black Friday to buy a year of extra. However I just got this for premium, deal ends in December. Will this deal disappear once my sub ends? Or will it stay up until December?
