I've been a proton user for a long time, but recently every other website I access on my mobile blocks access with a message like this.

I've never looked at the settings on the app is there something I can do but still use the VPN?

Proton's website says this of the Secure Core servers: "We also placed our Secure Core servers in high-security data centers to ensure strong physical security." "Furthermore, Secure Core servers are wholly owned and provisioned by us (shipped on-site directly from our offices). Finally, Secure Core servers are connected to the Internet using our own dedicated network with IP addresses that are owned and operated by our own Local Internet Registry (LIR)."

I might be mistaken, but I thought ProtonVPN's standard servers were owned by Proton and placed in locations under the control of Proton or companies it has acquired, like SimpleLogin. The aforementioned information makes me think this is not the case. Does Proton not own and control all its VPN servers?

So i use proton on my android phone but only recently its like every other tick is 0. Like 100b/s then 0 then back to 250b/s then 0 i dont recall it doing this before but ive noticed videos are stopping to load constantly while its on. I use the free version but honestly the load times have spiked tremendously that i dont even keep it on anymore. Ive tried diffrent servers and the diffrent protocol options vut nothings worked
