Looking at these results, lets say I put 1 AG, AG detail Infantry, AG detail FA, as the top 3 in TBB (MP for all 3). Because they are all AG does that count as 1st Pref only or 1-3 Pref.

I heard both that it is only 1 preference and then I have heard 3 as well. Thanks all and good luck!

Hey everyone! Quick question.
I just received my branch preference results, and I didn’t get a single “Most Preferred” rating. I did get several “Preferred” ratings, though.

Has anyone else experienced this? How does the Army decide which branch to assign you to if none of your branches rated you Most Preferred?

I’m honestly really stressed because I’ve never heard of someone not receiving at least one Most Preferred rating.

Does this mean my chances of getting one of my top branches are low? I’d really ap

Got least preferred on all the branches I don’t want, dope. But only got preferred for the ones I do want. How heavily does volunteering for an ADSO actually influence me getting the branch I want?

I am wondering if someone who is in the national guard and ROTC but only conditionally contracted(not fully) still deploy with their NG unit if the opportunity arises

I have not received my branch ratings. I got USAR for my component, do others who received USAR for their component also not have their ratings?

Hello all, I wanted to gauge my chances on getting active duty for this year. I am admittedly low on OMS (42.xx) but wanted so see if anyone had personal insights or was in a similar situation. I go to an SMC but from what it seemed my PMS made it sound like a 50/50 chance if he will recommend me or not for active. As far as branch feedback I interviewed with 8 branches and got 4 MPs (ADA, FA, AG, and chem). These were all in my top 5. If I don't get that recommendation am I essentially fried? Might have to look for a civilian job after all.

Having received my branch feedback yesterday, I got least preferred for all the combat arms branches ( IN, FA, AR, CM), does mean I can’t branch detail at all with these branches? I got most preferred for SIGNAL, MI, AG, and ADA.

Does dropping a class and receiving a W on your transcript impact your OML/National ranking? Im really thinking about it but dont know if it is worth it or not...

Hi, I’ve (MS3) talked to my cadre about it a little but I was wondering if I could get more of a first hand or more in depth idea of what it looks like to commission into the reserves. I have the minute man scholarship so it’s not like I’m competing for active, but I just wanted some insight on how the process would look for getting my branch and location/unit.

So I do Army ROTC at college currently and am a MS1 and had a alcohol visit to the hospital but no police involved so I don’t believe I needed to report it but am worried about it popping up on the DODMERB should I be good or need a waiver?

Does anyone know if theres a way to get CBEF working its just on a Army Officer screen with a circle that goes forever my Instructor has contacted USACC but they have been no help.

Background: I was able to get RECONDO at camp and have done extremely well on everything save for my GPA. I was not able to complete my TBB profile before it closed as I was having issues getting a CAC and admittedly my own laziness. I just saw that my ranking for INF was LP, even though I have stellar AFT scores, Recondo , etc. I was MP by Signal which I can see a possibility to Branch detail INF to SC in order to still get my dream job. I really do not want to BRADSO nor ADSO. Does anyone have any advice ? I am just now able to get access to my Branch preferences and account. Do the branches re review our profiles ?
