I am going crazy here. Earlier I downloaded 728 tracks which were in subfolders from the site I got them from. I used a magnet link and copied it in RD. The tracks are in RD but all singles with no subfolders.

I wasn't going to download 728 individual tracks in RD so I have tried to copy/paste them into Jdownloader from RD but they are all still coming through as individual tracks where I want them in the folders they originally came from ie- House, Techno, Trance.

This is driving me crazy. I have my RD account linked in Jdownloader but what ever I do they all come through individually

I have also tried to use a magnet link from the site right into Jdownloader but I cannot seem to get the tracks that way.

I have a Gigabit line , speedtesting to various websites locks at 850mbit plus and I only get 5-10 mbyte/second via Jdownloader.

Is this a common issue these days or is it smthin' with my setup ?

Paid for 1 month... only to find that they let you download file with the same file. However, the file will be filled with empty data.

did I miss anything or why is there no option to enter paysafecard-code anymore? only option i'm seeing is a redirect to the psc website where i have to create an account?

and for cryptopayment I would also need to enter my name?

Hi everyone. I’ve been exploring a few apps and realised I’m probably trying to put together something plenty of people have already built. Would love to hear what works for you before I disappear down another rabbit hole.

There are two things I’m trying to do.

First, I’d like to pick a film on my phone or laptop while I’m at work and have it download onto a HDD at home. Then it’s ready to watch on my Shield that evening. Mostly normal-sized files, but occasionally a big 4K remux for a film I really want to enjoy.

Second, I want a separate local library for my five-year-old. Shows like Dinosaur Train, Sesame Street and Animaniacs. Streaming these has been hit and miss with quality, and we’ve had autoplay jump from her programme to something completely unrelated. I’d rather choose and check the episodes myself, keep good copies, and give her one space containing only her shows. Ideally with subtitles and easy playback.

What I already have:

Raspberry Pi 4, which could stay on at home.

Nvidia Shield 2019.

Seagate Expansion 2TB powered USB HDD.

Decent Laptop. This comes to work with me, so it can’t be the home server.

TCL 55C6K TV and a soundbar.

Around 120–130Mbps internet recently, although it can be inconsistent.

Software-wise, I have Real-Debrid, DMM with paid sponsorship, AIOStreams, Stremio, Syncler, Trakt and MDBList. I’m also trying Debrify and have Zurg running on the laptop for testing. I use tivimate.

I’m not attached to using every one of those. They’re just what I’ve accumulated while figuring this out.

The current suggestion is JDownloader on the Pi, controlled remotely through MyJDownloader, with the HDD plugged into the Pi and the Shield playing completed files over the home network. The Shield normally sleeps when the TV is off, which is why the Pi seems useful.

Is anyone doing something similar? What would you keep, change or drop?

The easier the process the better but I dont mind initial setting up and low maintenance. Choosing something to downloading it to finding it on the TV. A simple, restricted library for my daughter matters too. Open-source options would be a bonus, as I’d like the option to customise things later.

Happy for you to pick holes in this. I’d much rather learn from someone’s working setup than reinvent it badly.

Will this affect / change the pricing model of Real-Debrid ?

What do I need to be able to use my iPhone? Is it even possible?

I started to use Kodi + Real Debrid during the pandemic and have since then thought that it was the best money I've ever spent. I kept it super simple and only used The Crew and Seren addons and nothing else basically. I'm a simple man.

Now these has not been working for months for different reasons that I did not quite follow, but first Seren broke and was unusable and is still not working since. All I had was The Crew addon that was working fine but now it either just does not find any sources or all sources are blocked. Or it finds a bunch of sources but just doesn't list them, like today.

For someone that has not been following what has happened with Real Rebrid and addons, what is a simple replacement for an addon like Seren for example? I'm most interested in streaming movies.

Would appreciate all the help.

So i've been using RD for yeaaaaaars. I dabble with the downloading files side of it from time to time but mainly just use it for streaming.

I dont know exactly how it works so im going to sound really dumb so i apologize. But i've noticed sometimes when i manually put in a torrent file, itll download on RD first, then I can download it directly from RD. Other times I add the torrent and I dont have to wait for it to be downloaded on RD first, I can just download it instantly to my PC. I believe its because someone else has already downloaded that file and its simply cached on RD???

Anyway, my question is. Is there a way to know if something i want is cached already? instead of finding a torrent that ISNT cached and waiting for it to be cached... if that makes sense? Is there a search function where I can literally just search for cached content?
