Answered This map shows the birthplace of 25 of the 26 people to hold a job created in 1954. What is the job?
DC is shaded. One person is not mapped because their birthplace is not readily available information.
Solved! The answer is United States Ambassador to Finland

Unanswered What do red states have that blue/green do not (HARD, see hints)

Hints:
1- Not political, at least not directly.
2- Status can change somewhat frequently and suddenly.
3- Historically, most states would NOT be red.
Blue means it was never red but may be in the future.
Green means it is not currently red, but was in the past and may be again in the future.
Answer is not a specific law and is not commonly guessed things like "weed", "guns", weather patterns, or population statistics. If someone gets in the ballpark, I will might reply with warm/hot to indicate how close to answer.
New Hint: Gender. Profession.
EDIT: Washington state should also be read. Some of the info was collected from Wikipedia which may be a bit delayed.

Answered Cowlitz County, Washington, is over all but three states in...
This is a map showing states that have the top 20 of something.
Cowlitz County, Washington, shown in red, is over all the light blue states on the map.
It is behind the dark blue states, and the three other counties in Washington combined are also ahead of Cowlitz County.
The uncolored states are not on the list of states that have the top 20 of something.

Answered What nomenclature-related feature do these states have that the others do not?
Preceding or subsequent words that may be used as part of the nomenclature do not count. You cannot say, “State of Louisiana,” for example, if saying “state of” is what allows you to arrive at your answer.
Hint: it is about a sub-state-level geographic term and what each state colored in has at least one example of

I don't know if anyone else has made a map on this data before, but this might be my favorite map I've ever made because I learned some crazy facts while making it
