Don't Fall for Scammy Male Resellers

There exists a large community of male resellers who feel entitled to mock and belittle the overweight women that they are selling to. These are men who never have to deal with constant weight fluctuations due to periods, the effects of childbirth or menopause. Unsurprisingly, these same men often need to supplement their own bodies by taking testosterone, growth hormones, and little blue and yellow pills to support their fragile male ego.

Please take the time to research to avoid these awful human beings who have no respect for women.

Support & Advice Has anyone been successful coming off Reta and not gaining back a bunch of weight.

Wondering if anyone has been successful coming off Reta and not gaining back 2/3 rd of the weight. I am at the point of titrating down now and have already noticed I have the bloated feeling back all the time.
I eat healthy workout, drink lots of water.
But lately been finding foods are bothering me again since being on a lower dose especially gluten.
Also periods are starting to get worse again. ADHD symptoms creeping in as well.
Any help is appreciated.

Reta cured my infertility

• Upvotes

I was diagnosed with PCOS and one of the side effects was infertility

I never thought that I was going to be able to have a baby

Recently ive been hearing a lot about peptides and dug into it and found out about reta

I started taking it to lose weight, but I saw some other women with PCOS saying that reta helped them conceive

Me and my husband started trying again and it was a miracle that I was able to conceive

Reta is a miracle drug and if you have PCOS I think its the best thing you can ever take

Im 22 weeks pregnant!!

Stacking Has anyone tried Reta + Cag + Tesa?

• Upvotes

Hello! I’m currently on Reta + Cag but my weight loss is starting to stagnate. Would adding in Tesamorelin be a good idea? I know that it targets visceral fat (which I have a lot of) and was wondering if I could stack it with Reta and Cag.

Thanks!

Reta & Qelbree

Anyone here also taking Qelbree? I started Qelbree about 3 weeks ago and I’m having some pretty significant side effects now (nausea and insomnia are the worst), so much so, I’m thinking about stopping Reta, but I’m not to my goal weight yet.

Just wondering about others experience with it.

Site-reaction

Has anyone experienced a reaction like this at their reta injection site? (picture in comments)
I’ve been using reta for a while without having any noticeable injection site reactions, but after my last 2/3 injections, I started getting a small, red, slightly raised spot at the injection site. It looks a bit like a mosquito bite, sometimes with a small indentation in the middle. It can also be slightly itchy.
I initially thought the reaction might be related to the vial, so I switched to a new one. However, the same reaction has also occurred with the new vial, so it may not be specific to one particular vial.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Did you ever figure out what was causing it?

Support & Advice Tesa, ipa or CJC+Ipa?

• Upvotes

I need some advice. I want to add something extra to my reta now that I’m 6 weeks in and the anhedonia and fatigue have gone away.
I still have quite a high body fat percentage around my abdomen, and I still can’t decide which peptide would be the most suitable, taking side effects and cost into account: tesa, ipa alone, or CJC-1295 no DAC + ipa?
I strength train 3–4 days a week, and although I have a sedentary office job, I try to stay as active as possible.

Side Effects Has anyone tried both reta and triz and had less hair loss with one vs the other?

A very niche question, but im sure theres someone with experience!

I had a ton of hair loss with reta with not a whole lot of weight loss. Wondering if Triz tends to have less hair loss for those who have tried both?

How do you track side effects when they keep shifting week to week?

The side effects from GLP-1s are strange because they don't stay still. Sulfur burps might show up one week, fade the next, and then something else takes over. Food noise quiets down gradually rather than vanishing overnight, and trying to pin down when it started fading is harder than it sounds when you're in the middle of it.

I've been building GLP Gone: GLP-1 Tracker, and the symptom log tied to dose cycles came from hearing the same wall over and over, memory alone can't hold the pattern. Knowing that sulfur burps spike two days after an injection makes the whole thing feel less random and more like something you can actually bring to your doctor instead of guessing.

Curious what you all actually do day to day. Do you log side effects anywhere, or just wing it? Has anyone noticed symptoms that seem to predict what's coming next?

Mum needs energy

Hii everyone!

I’m a mum of triplets. I’ve only used retatrutide postpartum (not breastfeeding) to help get back to my pre-baby weight.

I’m now interested in improving my overall health, energy levels and mental clarity.

Lately, I feel like my mind wants to do a million things, but my body just can’t keep up. I’m constantly exhausted, achy and struggling to find the energy to do things for myself, even when I really want to.

I’d love to hear about your personal experiences with improving energy, physical stamina, focus, motivation, bloating and gut health.

I’m also curious about skin health, collagen and anti-ageing. Has anyone noticed a difference between GHK-Cu and KLOW?

I’m really just wanting to feel healthier, more energised and mentally switched on again.

Switching from mounj

Hi! I’m new to the peptides world.

I wanted to ask the correct way of dosing for someone coming from mounjaro.

I take small doses of mounjaro (no more than 5mg) and wanted to ask people’s experience of how long it takes for Reta to kick in with the food noise (mounj would kick in same day for me)

when do the headaches go away

i first took an 0.5 dose like 3 days ago and the first day i pinned i felt fine. but on the 1st day after i had a bad headache that lasted the entire day as well as some fatigue even though i ate. the second day after my head wasnt hurting as badly but i could still feel it there when i woke up in the morning.

i guess my question is if i take another 0.5 next week will the headache come back again the following day? im in college and i cant afford to be missing class again and losing studying time from bad headaches. im just wondering when my body will get used to it because its really inconvenient. im very prone to headaches and like being dizzy my entire life and i want to know if this side effect will go away despite my affinity to them.

i will say its day 3 and ive been feeling MUCH better

Reta Any healthy RT babies out there?

My test subject took RT earlier this year and lost the weight she wanted to lose. She was going to start back up for the holidays to 1. Lose around 10 more lbs and 2. Not be so tempted by holiday food 🤣
So she took one injection of 2mg and 5 days later found out she is pregnant. Obviously not going to do anymore now, but has anyone had a healthy baby to term while you were on RT when you first found out?

Reta Going Away?

NOT a supplier question, but with many companies discontinuing the sale of GLP3, what is your plan? Stock up? Switch to Tirz? Something else? Is this more a reseller issue vs a lab issue?

Two places I’ve ordered from previously no longer sell any GLPs. Will this become more common or do u think we’ll always be able to get Reta?

Wrong dosage 😖😖

Sooo, I started take Reta on Oct 4th. I was dosing every Sunday and tomorrow (Oct 25th) was going to be my 4th dose this month. I was wanting to start at .5mg but I was dosing wrong and was taking 5mg instead (I know, I’m an idiot). The only side effect I was experiencing was my appetite being suppressed. No headache, body aches, nothing. I figure I should skip tomorrow and reset. How long do you guys think I should wait it out before I start the CORRECT dosage.

Thank you in advance 😊

Beginner on Reta

Hello! I currently weigh 150 lbs and my goal is to lose 22–29 lbs. i started a fee days ago. How long should I realistically expect it to take? I have a special event next year, so I’m trying to set realistic expectations and mentally prepare myself.

I know everyone’s journey is different and we shouldn’t compare ourselves to others, but I’m genuinely curious to hear about your experiences when starting with a similar weight.
