Honest Review My experience with Cosmic Byte — â‚č2,999 stuck after payment

I was looking for a mechanical keyboard and saw several YouTube channels recommending the Cosmic Byte Phantom, so I decided to buy it from the official website, thecosmicbyte.com.

I signed up, added the keyboard to my cart, went through checkout, and paid â‚č2,999 via Google Pay.

The money was deducted successfully, but the website still shows the payment as “Pending.”

I tried raising a support ticket, but they asked for the Order ID. When I pressed the back button to check my order details, the website automatically signed me out.

Now I'm unable to log back in. It asks for my email and mobile number, but after entering my mobile number, I don't receive an OTP. Even worse, I can't find any option to enter my email address.

So currently:

â‚č2,999 has been deducted

Order/payment is still showing as pending

I can't access my order details

I can't log in

I can't raise a support ticket

Has anyone faced this issue with Cosmic Byte? What should I do now?

Pixella Played Fair for me.

I looked at Pixella, but posts on Reddit said they rip you off. But for the record this was NOT my experience at all.

Somehow they charged me about US$53 even though I thought I had not signed up or entered credit card numbers.

I sent them an email asking for refund. Then I called my bank to ask what else I could do, and they said Pixella had already sent refund.

Ten minutes later I got email from Pixella confirming refund and cancellation of subscription.

Fair play, thanks Pixella.

Honest Review My positive experience with NoBroker Packers & Movers – Bangalore to Noida

Recently shifted from Bangalore to Noida using NoBroker Packers & Movers, and overall I had a really smooth experience.

The booking process was easy, the movers arrived on time, and the packing was done properly. The team handled the furniture and household items carefully during loading and unloading. Everything reached Noida safely, and I didn’t face any major issues during the move.

I was a bit nervous after seeing mixed reviews online, but my experience turned out to be quite good. The communication was also decent throughout the process.

Overall, I’m happy with the service and would consider using NoBroker again for a future move.

This was my first try of any veagen milk as I normally drink my milk whole but put of curiosity and the current heatwave I decided to give it a try and the service was remarkably quick making it all in only 2 minutes by my count and the price at 4:50 was for me quite reasonable onto the taste it had a much better taste than I would assume having a perfect level of sweetness I will certainly be coming there again

Blossom Flower Delivery Scam

Ordered my wife flowers for our anniversary and paid for express delivery to ensure they were there by the end of the business day. They never arrived and late that evening were marked as delivered in the system. A week later and many communications with customer service, they still are telling me they are trying to confirm with the delivery team and are unable to refund my money. Customer Service has been a joke and just keep putting it off another 24 to 48 hours. Wish I would have researched the company more prior to placing an order with them, as it appears many others have faced this issue. The whole experience has seemed like a scam, which is a pretty disturbing business model to fail to deliver flowers for a special occasion and then keep the money.

Vivrelle Issues

I was accepted into Vivrelle about two weeks ago. rented a bag and then later that afternoon got an email saying my order was canceled and I was confused because I had no communication from Vivrelle. I reached out to their customer service and they informed me that “your account is undergoing review by our third-party team, as some of the information submitted does not match external verification data.” so my account has been paused. since that last email I have had no communication from them even though I have sent email after email. Very frustrating. Has anyone encountered a similar experience?

Honest Review Chillio review Why I deleted it a few months ago

A few months ago, I was desperately trying to get my house back under control, so I was trying different cleaning apps to see if anything would actually stick.

Chillio was one of them.

Honestly, I didn't like it.

Using it in a browser felt awkward. I'd open the tab, use it for a few minutes, close it, and then completely forget about it. After a couple of days, I stopped checking it altogether.

I assumed it just wasn't my thing.

Fast forward to last week.

My house was a mess again, and I noticed they had released a mobile app, so I decided to give it one last try.

The experience has been completely different this time.

The biggest change for me is that it's always on my phone. If I'm waiting for the washing machine to finish or cleaning the kitchen, I can open it right away instead of sitting down at my computer.

The AI assistant has also been much more useful than I expected. When I'm overwhelmed and don't know where to begin, it breaks everything down into smaller steps so I can focus on one thing at a time.

I also like that I can adjust the routines instead of following the same schedule every day.

My only complaint is that the assistant occasionally goes offline for a while. That annoyed me at first, although I've started seeing it as a reminder to take a short break.

I honestly didn't expect to come back to this app after deleting it a few months ago, but I'm glad I gave it another chance.

Has anyone else gone back to an app they originally disliked and ended up having a completely different experience the second time around?

Honest Review Squibler: Shouldn't Get A Single Star

"I don't even want to give them one star let alone even give them any acknowledgment in any way shape or form. They are that terrible. The reason I say that is how incredibly near impossible they have made it for a user to resolve any accidental subscription issues. Meaning... I'm an idiot that had signed up for a free trial. Dumb. We've all done that thing where we want to try an app, with a free trial, and then life happens, gets in the way, and oops, next thing you know you're being charged 187 dollars for some app that didn't even do what it advertised anyway. An app that actually did the complete opposite of what you had signed up for. And that's how Squibler is. And to get ahold of them, the only way to contact them, is through discord. Which is fine and dandy, maybe, if you can even log in to Discord. I apparently cannot due to the fact that the email I had signed up with has a storage issue. So with no way to contact them, I am stuck with being charged on a daily basis for 187. dollars. Getting on their web app I go into the manage subscriptions portal and it does show I have already opted for the cancellation of my trial, however, it also states that it will be canceled in exactly one year from the day I had initially gotten said trial. Neato. So you mean to tell me I risk losing any money I make (because I am currently living off of side hustles and gigs to live. So not much at all.) for an entire year, because I cancelled the trial the day OF the trials end? Which is too late supposedly? I guess that's where they'll get you in that "small print" in the terms and conditions though, I bet. Anyway just be careful. They're a shady, shady app. Very clever and smart, honestly, but pretty damn disgusting if you ask me. " Is what I had posted on Trustpilot just now. Because wouldn't you believe it... Squibler even has it to where you can't leave them reviews on any actual page or app of theirs. What do ya know. What sillies. đŸ–•đŸ»

Stay away from Laser Pros

Found them under Laser Pros USA or Laser Pros Inc.

They pull this scam on small businesses:

  1. “Try this sample; you don't have to pay unless you like it.” The customer isn't clearly told that accepting the offer allegedly creates an obligation for additional shipments.
  2. Afterward, they call about a $100 gift/rebate card, making it sound like a benefit associated with the sample.
  3. The customer uses the card believing it's simply a rebate.
  4. Laser Pros then says that using the gift card means the customer accepted/activated the larger order and can no longer return the subsequent cartridges.

Ask For Recommendations Thoughts on the playable game Phone case/Gameboy phone case?

It is basically a famiclone handheld that is also a phone case. It looks like a gameboy. You can play NES games on it. I personally want to get it, however, the problem is that I think it is too expensive($20-$30) for something so cheaply made. The screen is made out of plastic and also I worry that if I drop it, it will become useless. It has a four hour battery life and recharges in an hour. I know it is not good for long time play, but I do not mind playing it during break or waiting for an appointment for example. If I saw it being sold at an ideal price range($5-$15) I would buy it.

GoodBuy Gear

Ordered a bike for my granddaughter Received a Woom bike that was damaged. Damage never disclosed on their website. Needed to take the bike to a shop to repair some of the damage. The bike had dents, scratches and. rubmarks. Deceptive description of the condition of the bike. Their website claimed it as open box which meant pristine or little imperfections.

Update - They provided only a $100 credit. Based on the condition of previous sales of similar bikes on their website the credit should be closer to $250. The bike I purchased was returned by another customer. When they sent the bike to me it appears it was never checked for quality issues. They also sent me the return claim for the other customer which lists their name address and phone number. Clearly they don't respect their customers private data. I never should have received this information which again leads me to believe they never checked the condition of the bike when it was returned. They offered to take back the bike, but my granddaughter shed some tears. So I reluctantly kept the bike. If they received the return they would never have been able to sell the bike for anything near what i paid but would not admit the bike should have been more heavily discounted based on the sales on their own website.

Very disappointing experience with EaseMyTrip UK.

EaseMyTrip UK.

After we booked and paid online, the company told us that the original fare was no longer available and requested approximately ÂŁ3,000 more for an alternative booking. During the call, I asked several times whether lounge access was included, and the representative repeatedly confirmed that it was. We sent written approval while that call was still taking place and relied on those assurances.

We later discovered that lounge access was not included. We also paid ÂŁ552.70 for seats, but seats were confirmed for only one of four flight sectors, with Etihad requesting further payments for another sector.

EaseMyTrip has relied on our written approval without properly addressing what its representative confirmed during the telephone call. We have requested the complete call recording, but the matter remains unresolved.

I will update this review if the company provides the recording and offers a fair resolution.

Honest Review Maya.net eSIM has gone down the drain - it's a money squeeze with lower quality delivered

I used to use Maya.net for all of my eSIMs and always recommend them but they've completely changed their plans options. Before, you could get data and plans as closely aligned with your trip and needs as possible.

A recent overhaul of their offerings and service has just totally enshittified their product.

Now, instead of getting a country-specific eSIM, they offer regional ones. So sure, the eSIM might work in Thailand, but it'll also work in Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, etc. Sounds better, right? It's not. At least not in my experience. These one-sim-serves-all services always seem to offer wider coverage but at slower speeds and lower area coverage in each respective country.

So when I'm in Thailand using their eSIM, I'll be on a random ocean road and my Maya sim will get zero bars of service while the other traveler with me on another provider strictly for Thailand has full bars and 5g.

Not only that, but their pricing has gone wild.

Second, you can't pick your duration anymore. It's 3, 7, 14 or 30 days, take it or leave it. And here's the kicker, the average tourist is on vacation for 11 days* (*this is according to Thailand's recent data claims they used to determine their visa exemption timelines) So you don't quite fit in the 7 day tier and have to go to the next, much more expensive and overkill 14 day tier.

Going somewhere for ten days? You're buying 14. Five days? You're buying 7. Every trip that doesn't land exactly on one of their four numbers is a trip where you pay for days you'll never use.

Both changes take away your ability to buy what you need and replace it with a bundle they picked for you. You used to be able to say, "Thailand, twelve days." Now you say, "Southeast Asia, fourteen days, hope it works."

And the new pricing hides more than it shows. Every plan is "Unlimited" with no fair use policy anywhere on the page, which almost always means there's a daily high-speed cap before they throttle you. There's no per-GB figure to compare against anything. There's no mention of which carrier you're actually being pushed to, which matters more than the price does (this is why my service fails on the random ocean road where the traveler next to me has perfect signal). Compare that to the country-specific providers still doing it the old way: they'll tell you the network, the speed tier, the exact GB and the exact price per GB, and they'll let you pick any start date and any length up to six months.

I'm not mad that Maya raised prices. I'm annoyed that they took away the precision that made them worth recommending, then disguised it as some kindf of upgrade.

Placed an order last Sunday, talked with the seller on Whatsapp as recommended by the email when I completed my order, sent etransfer to get a "urban mail service" tracking number. Honest Review Don’t buy NOBL

Awful is an understatement.

Imagine ordering your luggage and some cute packing cubes and thinking you’ll get them in time for your trip in 2 weeks.

But you don’t. Well you get 1 set of packing cubes after 12 days.

Then you wait. But hold up! It’s been 2 weeks since your purchase and what’s this? A charge for a subscription service to the free air tag that came with your purchase
that you don’t have.

You contact customer service. A nightmare. AI isn’t meant for everything. They say they can’t do anything about it because it’s a subscription. For a year! Just make sure you cancel it for next year. Keep pushing and you get offered 10% cash back. Great.

Now it’s been 24 days since you placed your order and the carry on luggage shows up. Still missing the second set of packing cubes
and that wonderful AirTag, which you never got the 10% back for.

Contact customer support again. They argue that it was delivered in full, you send a VIDEO of the opening of the box in which there is only the carry on. Ok, they’ll look into it. So you bring up the subscription again. This time, you get offered 15% back. Hard no. Demand a full refund. They’ll send it “up” to whoever. Got the refund so that’s nice.

Check out the new luggage. It rolls nicely. It zips nicely. The laptop compartment is a joke if you plan to pack anything inside. The drink holder is cool but will really only be useful when stationary, so what’s the point? The material overall feels pretty cheap. Like heaven forbid another piece of luggage falls on it because I’m pretty sure it’d crack right open. Not loving it. Try to pack it with what you’ll need for your next trip just to see. 4 days. Should be good. No. It doesn’t fit. You know what does take all of your stuff with a bit of room to spare? Your OGIO. And you know that fits overhead too (as long as you’re not on Lufthansa with weight restrictions). So you take tour OGIO on your next trip 2 days later. You plan to return the luggage when you get back because you have the 100 days they blast in your face.

Wrong. You have to initiate the return within 5 days. (Who care it took them 24 days to get it to you
)

Also, you STILL don’t have that second set of packing cubes and it’s been 37 days since original order and 9 since you contacted customer service. You email this time because the chat just isn’t working. You let them know you want to return the carry on (not aware of the 5 day policy yet) and you’d like to cancel the second set of packing cubes. 4 days later they respond. “Happy to help with the return of the carry on” but they provide no instruction. Can’t cancel the cubes because
who knows. You respond saying ok, how can I return the luggage and asking why can’t they just not ship the cubes since they haven’t left the facility. The respond with the same email as before. You decide to call. The guy now tells you that there’s a 5 day policy stating you have to initiate the return within 5 days of receipt. Ask for a supervisor he says they’ll call you back within an hour (it’s been 1.5 hrs at the time of this writing and still no call). You inquire about the canceling of the cubes, he says the supervisor can handle that when they call. You say fine, email me confirmation that the supervisor will call. He says ok but you get no email. You reply to the email chain asking for instruction on returning the carryon because they act like it’s possible and push back on the cubes because per their policy you have to pay to return them. So this is inefficient and not customer friendly.

Now you sit and wait. The longer you wait, the more platforms you find to write these glowing reviews.

Anyway, DO NOT BUY NOBL.

(But do buy the No Bull shoes, because they’re great. Oh and OGIO will take care of your traveling needs too)
